FLASH...…. A blinding white light hit my eyes momentarily forcing me to close them. Opening my eyes I found myself in a room. A white room, nothing but a coffe table and two pillows where present. Looking around I try and see if theirs anyone else about, not seeing any trace of another i move towards the table and sit.

Taking a moment to think about what's happening memories start to surface in my mind. I couldn't remember names,faces or place locations. However Irelivant things plagued my mind. Fictional tales of men and woman fighting beasts and themselves.

"Lost in thought are we little soul?" raising my head I see an older man sitting before me. Before I could utter a word he continues. " I understand this is hard to hear, but you died." Involuntarily my eyes widened.

'So this is death, it's peaceful yet monotone' for some reason I wasn't panicked by this fact however I was disappointed that my time alive ended so quickly.

"Ehhem" gaining my attention the only man continued. " well little soul I've come to offer you a chance. A chance at a new life. I will spin three wheels and these will decided your fate within your new life. What do you say? Will you take this gamble?" The only man's voice resounded through me.

After a moment of thinking the answer was simple. My life was short their where many things I didn't experience. " I'd like another chance" my words came out strange to me.

My being felt as if it lost all its characteristics making so I can best adapt to my new situation.

"Very well little soul. I'll spin three wheels, the first decides your powers, the second the universe your soul will reside, finally the three your backstory." Nodding to the old man's words he then snaps his fingers. Afterwards a roulette wheel appeared with an uncountable amount of segments. With another snap the wheel spun.

It span for what felt like minutes it began to slow before landing on the name. Yamamoto Shigekuni Genryusai the name sounded familiar yet not. Looking up once again I saw the old man smile.

"Well aren't you lucky, depending on where you go you'll certainly become a power house or not. Onto the next wheel" once again snapping his fingers the wheel began to spin.

Their was once more an agonising wait before it stopped once again. " oh oh powerhouse indeed, the world of danmachi. Now for the final wheel."

As the final wheel comes to a stop he begins to read my backstory. " you were abbadonded in an orphanage within Orario at birth left with nothing but your zampakuto. You lived a peaceful life. on your 14 birthday you run into a newly descended goddess, outside your orphanage and your fate starts to change."

Looking at the man I can't help but ask "that's it for my backstory?"

With a hearty laugh he goes on " of course what more do you need? Don't worry boy I'll put you in 10 minutes before your meant to meet this mysterious goddess, along with all your memories of course. Goodbye. " with a snap of his fingers I once again find myself blinded by a bright light.

I know this chapter is pretty bad I just wanted to get it out the way. Also can anyone guess who this mystery goddess will be.
