Chapter 1cold, dark and wet

When I woke up it felt cold I also felt wet my whole body was sore it was very dark I couldn't see anything but I could see light shining through the crack of a door I tried to reach out in front of me but I felt cold bars in front of me so I can tell I was in a cage. What I thought was 5 minutes later I heard a door open and footsteps followed. the light turned on and my eyes were just starting to adjust to the darkness and when they turned it on it was pretty bright to me. I shivered, 3 people that walked in, one had keys on him and I could see the room better. cages in front of me and I think there were cages to the side of me. it was kind of like a dog kennel like in the pound or something like the only thing you can see out of the front. Wal I was looking around the person with the keys walk towards me and open the cage next to me pulled out a child he was thin didn't have much meat on him I could see his bones, he was whimpering quietly but I could still hear it as they dragged him away take him out of where we were. slamming the door I yell out "is anyone's there" no one answered I assume that no one is there. what I assumed to be was 10 minutes later they came back in and dragged me out. I was pulled out of the room and was on a stage whole bunch of people what in front of me like in an auction house but instead of items it was people. I soon realized what would happen to me I'd be sold like property like I wasn't a human being but I was more than that I was a princess. I didn't want to be called Princess but that's why I was called that's what I remembered that I used to sneak out during the night to go to the town now it's next to the castle. snapping back into what was happening in front of me I soon realized how little clothes I had on it wasn't the clothes I was wearing before you know I could baby call them close when they said a name for me being sold it wasn't my name because my name is Alyssa they called me rei and I knew they were talking about me because I was the only one now well being sold people kept making bids that would be the word bidding and eventually people have stopped bidding still a few people were still bidding 500 600 700 800 900 1000 kept going higher and higher then. Sold! they pulled me away to the side to the person that now I guess was my master. bought me and paid them for me I guess
