Not My Business

Iris took a peek at the garden shed and noticed that it looked sad and abandoned. The lights were off and she could not see anything moving. She wondered if Mariano and Granny were still there because she could not see them in the house. 

She had walked around the house, stopping at Mariano's and Granny's door, trying to listen but heard none. 

Seeing that the two would not come out of the garden shed despite the time they had spent inside, she decided to just make something to eat. She had been hungry because she only had fruits for lunch. 

She had finished the project that she was working on. Send them over to her client and get paid. She was happy. And on other days, it would motivate her to accept another project, however, today she was antsy. She could not stop her thoughts every time they would go back to what she saw inside the garden shed.
