I’ll be updating each chapter whenever I see fit, this is my first campaign so don’t get too mad if I make a mistake you verterans can point out, anywho, thanks for dropping by, I’ll be making more campaigns in the future (might post on here) so stay tuned if you’re interested. I Am An Immortal

No matter what the format, a story is always a story. Be it a book, movie, or show they all have many similarities. On a broader spectrum, there must always be some sort of 'main character' which the story follows, even if only for a brief period. There must also be some sort of drama or climax to the story in which everything comes to an end afterwards. If you were to break it down more however, to different genre's, you would find more similarities. For instance, this story is mainly an action-type story. Stories like these require a usually strong-willed type person to be the 'main character' that we follow. On top of this, they always need an enemy or antagonist who's main or end goal that in some way conflicts with the protagonists' morals. Some common goals are things such as wealth, fame, power, or immortality. Most of these things seem reasonable when human greed is taken into account, however one remains that is truly moronic. Immortality, though in the short term seems great, is more a burden than a gift. After all, why should you lust after something that only brings sorrow and loneliness to whoever possesses it? Synopsis:     Adam Hayze, an orphan whose parents were famously known for their incredible prowess as healing Super Heroes. Hayze dreamed of following in their footsteps, but his superpower paled in comparison to theirs, and he had to face the reality that he could never become a hero. Hayze didn’t give up, though, and he trained his mind and body day in and day out to triumph over his shortcomings. However, his efforts weren’t enough to get into the school he always dreamed of attending, U.A., the best hero education institute in the country. After failing the preliminary entrance exam for the 9th time, a board member arrives at his home one day to inform him he only has one more chance to pass. The news forces Hayze to face his greatest fear: losing his dream. All hope seems lost when a doctor makes him a unique offer.      Background:     This is a My Hero Academia Fanfiction (Original, I know). I started writing this back in March of 2019, entirely on a whim. I literally woke up one and day and said: I’m going to write this. Fast forward 31 months later, and this series is 2,742 pages and 167 chapters in length. I’ve written every chapter for just two friends to read, and that’s it, but they’ve been telling me for a long time that others would enjoy it. So, here it is. There is A LOT of context that I feel is important, not to understand the story, but to understand my writing process. This story allows the reader to see my evolution as a writer. I'm not perfect grammatically, and I definitely am flawed, and that's especially visible early on, but that's part of the story's charm (for me).
