New Family

The Princesses smiled sweetly at Roxus as if they were so grateful. She remembered in the former future when Ernacht had succeeded in killing King Sucroten, the Princesses who were prisoners of war along with other nobles were released and made palace servants, employed with magical contracts.

She later learns that the Princesses have been treated like nothing for their whole life. Queen of Sucroten was a ruthless woman. She killed the concubines who were pregnant. She also almost succeeded in killing their mothers while they were pregnant with the three. Since the three were born female, Queen Sucroten no longer tried too hard to kill them because the King no longer cared about them.

Still, the Queen sent them far away to a secluded villa in Sucroten Castle, without maids and any luxuries. They were even treated as inferior to servants, who sometimes came to vent their hatred for the royal family.
