Chapter 2 Team 7

A month and half has passed since his spoken resolve to his parents. During this time, Riki and Isamu pushed Arata to his limits. Weather it was ninjutsu or taijustu, they pushed him to the brink of collapse during the short time. During this period of time, they saw the talent that Arata had, he improved each day drastically, his chakra control was stronger than they had thought before. His body had both qualities of their clan being talented in all forms of combat from the senju said and strong recovery and unique chakra from the Uzumaki side.

Today was their last day of training and both Riki and Isamu was attacking Arata on both side constantly cornering him. Other than just fighting, Riki taught him the flying thunder god technique and other basic ninjutsu's. Since Arata seemed to posses the lightning release, he showed some basic techniques suitable for this type of chakra nature. During this time, Arata also started to bulk up and was one could not compare the looks between now and before.

Riki sent out a strong kick aiming towards his stomach, but just as it reached Arata, Arata had already thrown out a kunai that had weird symbols and writings on it and disappeared from his previous location and appeared to where the kunai was, but just as he appeared, Isamu had already prepped before hand and sent out a punch. However, Arata's speed reaction only increased even further as he stuck out his fist and punched forwards at Isamu's fist causing Arata flying but landed safely.

Riki: " That will be enough today. Arata you have improved greatly this pass month and half. You pick up skills like a sponge but you must remember this, being a shinobi is not always an easy path, sometimes you will have to make a hard decision that will have grave consequences."

Settling down, Arata replied, " yes father, I understand."

Riki: " Let's go eat and rest, tomorrow we will send you to Konoha."

Nodding his head, the three left their training ground and went home. After eating, Arata went straight to bed, although he was excited, he suppressed his excitement and became more determined in his path, although he could just train and keep training and perhaps travel the world looking for the Uzumaki clan, this pathway will be a little weird as he did not know where to start. He might as well join the Konoha shinobi and learn the shinobi way slowly learning more about the world.

Looking at his improved stats, Arata was filled with confidence, although he doesn't know what the level of where the jonin shinobi was at, he knew that he was just getting started.

The next morning, three got up and quickly ate breakfast. Arata packed his things and got ready to leave.

Riki: " Let's go"

The three set out immediately, since they were deep in the forest, it will take almost two days of traveling to reach the main village. 'swoosh' Running for two days was not tiring for Arata as he was used to more intense activities.

Two days later, they arrived at the entrance of main village.

Guard 1: "Stop, state your purpose of coming here."

Riki: " We have a letter of recommendation from the hokage."

The guard took the letter and saw the hokage's stamp and allowed them inside. The three continued to the hokage's building.

It was Arata's first time seeing so many people and buildings in one place. He saw many elders and children walking about with their own lives. He saw all sorts of toys and ninja tools and other sorts of objects.

Soon they arrived at the hokage's office. As soon as they walked in, Arata saw an old man wearing a white cloak with a white triangular shaped hat with a red lining in the middle.

Riki: " Hokage-sama, we have arrived."

Third Hokage: " Ahh Riki-san, you are here. Is this your son that you mentioned in your letter, Arata?"

The Third Hokage looked deeply at Arata. In the letter mentioned by Riki, the boy in front of him possessed immense potential. However, it was not mentioned that Arata had the rinnegan briefly. Riki and Isamu chose to hide this until it was fully awakened. Just by Arata standing not far from him, the Third Hokage could tell his strength is not of that of a child. Arata seemed much more mature than other kids his age.

Arata: " My name is Arata Senju."

The Third Hokage looked at the Arata and said, " hmm you seem like a special case so I will go introduce you to your team personally."

Nodding his head, Arata and his parents followed alongside the Third Hokage as he made his way to a class. A few minutes later, they arrived in front of of a door that led to a classroom. He entered the class and Arata saw a tall shinobi. He had a scar mark that ran horizontally across from the bridge of his nose.

Iruka: " Oh Hokage-sama, what brings you here."

Third Hokage: " I have brought you a new student, he will also be joining your squad 7. Although most squads are made up of 3-man squads, I'll make the exception here.

Iruka: " Hello, my name is Iruka Umino the instructor of this class

Arata: " Hello, my name is Arata Senju, I'll be in your care."

Iruka: " Senju?"

Iruka looked at the Third Hokage and saw his serious expression, then he saw the two people behind the Third Hokage. He instantly recognized the two. Riki Senju and Isamu Uzumaki. They were geniuses of their clan but later in the third great ninja war, the two mysteriously disappeared.

Iruka looked back at the class and said, " sudden announcement everyone, we have a new student, his name is Arata Senju, be nice to him and introduce yourselves when you have the time.

When the class heard Iruka's announcement, there was an uproar of surprise. Senju? A direct descendent? He must be pretty strong, thought everyone else. There was one person however, that made a serious expression. It was another handsome-looking boy, with pale skin and deep black eyes and black hair. It was Sasuke Uchiha. Sasuke recognize the last name even more as their clans way back were constantly fighting one another and were long-term rivals until peace was established between the two clans.

Arata: " I am Arata Senju, pleased to meet you all."

When Arata spoke there was even more of an uproar, there were even some girls that fell for his looks as he looked really handsome and unique hair.

After going through the introductions, Arata found a place to sit down.

Iruka: " Alright now that that's done with, I will now assign you your teams. Listen up everyone."

Iruka: " Team 7 who will be with the Jonin Kakashi and have Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha, and lastly Arata Senju."

After hearing this, the class began to uproar again, four people to a three-man team? What was that all about.

Iruka: "Settle down everyone, Arata Senju was an unexpected case for me too, but Hokage-sama had already assigned him to my team. Now then, let me continue."

Iruka: " Team 8 Hinata Hyuga, Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame with Kurenai Yuhi."

Iruka: " Team 10..."

Iruka: " Team Guy..."

After all the teams were given out, the class was dismissed with the young ninjas given papers of their meeting locations with their Jonin leaders.
