Anima: The Hollow Heart

A Vast space of Darkness and million upon millions of shimmering white specks is all he can see in this place with his perception, he had been observing them for a while now and he concludes he had become one of these things because he can't move, touch or sees anything, he can only perceive them in black and white fashion. Originally, he is a human being in his past life before he has been in this place.

A young man named Leon who had no family to care for him, no friends to lean into. He is a miserable orphan wandering around begging for food and money on the street. He had a dream to become successful in his life, have a family with a beautiful woman, and have an adorable daughter with her. However, this all turns into ashes as he died when his heart stops working after his 18th birthday.

'What a miserable life this was' He taught

Despair and sadness dawn to him that he can never experience those he wants to experience in his life, those dreams he wishes to have, those family he wishes to have, those friends he can laugh with and shares memories with. All of this turn into ashes as he died miserably into the corner of a street that no one bothers to look into. He died Alone, Suffering in this godforsaken place.

'I want to cry! How can the world be unfair to me! What did I do to deserve this!'

He Shouted full of sadness and despair in his voice. He wanted to cry but no tears came out, He wanted to vent his anger to the world for the unfairness he had suffered but no sound came out.

*sigh*

He sighs accepting his fate that he will spend the entirety of his existence in this godforsaken place with nothing but loneliness, despair, and those crushed dreams he had. With only company are those million white specks in this vast space of darkness.

'What is that?' Leon curiously asks

Suddenly, A vortex of light resembling a black hole suddenly appears in the vast space of darkness that is pulling Leon into it, other white specks suddenly move away from the vortex seemingly avoiding it only Leon is being pulled in into the vortex.

'What the hell is this!'

As Leon is being pulled in into the vortex his consciousness is slowly fading and before he passed out he heard a robotic voice devoid of emotion and empathy in its tone.
