Five System VI

Once again a novel day come by,

Xiang Monji wake up from his bed, same routine as usual. He went to his office,and use livelihood magic to ease his task, once his job is done. He flew out from the second story window in his office, coupled with concealment magic to hide his presence from the prying eyes below him.

Above the ground, below the cloud. He flew in the mid air, with a constant speed of twenty meters per second, at the direction of the Northern Outer Border where the river is approximately a few thousand meters away.

On his arrival, Xiang Monji inspect the field once again, he look for the old man whom he met on his first arrival in the Outer Northern Border.

Searching for him normally would be somehow difficult, since the hectars of land is widely vast enough for a village to last a year if each and single plot of land is utilize.

Due to it's enermous massive plot of land, He decided to divide the land solely for agriculture. The left part would be solely for animal livestocks, in this area "*any" edible livestocks will be raise, nurture, breed and when they grow to a standard size, it shall be humanely slaughtered for human consumption.

(*Include marine animals by making an artificial habitat for the fishes, mollusk and crustaceans)

On the right side would be a garden, including green houses with different weather condition to increase the survival rate of the edible plants, medical herbs, and trees that bear fruits, while prudently sorting out poisonous plants for medical purposes.

loitering in the massive land Xiang Monji glide on the land using swift steps, and for a couple of minutes, he manage to found the person whom he is seeking for.

Upon seeing the old man, he bluntly disclose his decision on dividing the land, Xiang Monji wants to do this and that. He share his intention, and he wants the old man whom he introduce himself as Jenji to manage the agriculture system, teach the young ones and the new ones to manage the vast farm land and the garden of vegetation.

later on, he blurt out a question.

"Deal or no deal?"

Old man Jenji was ask, although refusing the young lord isn't an option.

The old man waver and uncertain, at a young age he's been a farmer in their village until the day he grew old, he doesn't have any idea about management, but surely he knows about raising an animals and plants like a back of his hand.

"If your uncertain, your sons and daughter will be your aid/assistant."

"Don't be pressured old man, life is not daijoubo"

He persuade him, and made a gestures,

"listen, I didn't pick you randomly, like a spinning wheel, when the wheel stops in the pointed arrow, taadaaaah....! your the lucky winner, congratulations."

"No..., that's not how it works. It is not daijoubo, if you pick people randomly, or probably you fancy them or highly in favor or whatever, that's not how I hunt for prospective."

"I made a background check on you, and you are accurately fit for this job, I don't appoint people for free, you shall be paid base on your performance, and be given one of those one of a kind simple technology."

"Okay that's it, don't ask, and don't refuse. It's not easy to look for the one. You are not an employee, but a vassal directly order by this lord."

"Eheeem...by the way take good care of this place, and don't cheat on me."

"You dare to bite my hand, mess with the food supply, and I shall ntr your grandmother in heaven, by making your grand father dismay becoming one with his wife and certainly you won't come into existence just like father or mother if it happens." Xiang Monji said it with a malicious look, but suddenly he calms down in serenity.

The old man didn't bother about the green joke that the young lord throw at him. For him, his already too old to bicker with a young kid, besides he only look himself as a lowly old farmer without wealth, power and prestige.

"I'm just joking old man, how am I supposed to do something evil, right...? Right?"

"How can a kid do something so sinister? Does he have any heart of gold?" Said it in an innocent manner.

Old man Jenji reply,

"Young Lord, My grandparents are no longer living on this earth. I reckon it was a prank to test my patience, rest assure, that I'll treat this land as if it's my own backyard, till the rest of my life"

Xiang Monji try to anger the old man to envoke his sub title called, "*Provocative Master" to his assumption, It didn't work, even if he trigger it once more to others.

Ever since the goddess of lust is no longer in this *universe, Xiang Monji's very own existence has somehow being nerf or being weaken, as if his source of power is being cut.

(*The world of magic and sword and the Martial world has it's own universe in a different realm of dimension)

His status window was diminished, the exhange system was taken, some of his skills were perish, and these skills/title are Provocative Master, Mental Pierce and Unyielding Stamina.

Regardless of these loses of power buffs, boosters and ups or cheat, the goddess of lust compensated him three wishes that is within her power, as her farewell gift and as a form of apology, for the blunder she had done thirteen years ago.

The agreement was tied, Old man Jenji didn't refuse, refusal would only mean disobedience to highest authority in the City.

On this day, the last and the fifth system is Agriculture, just recently establish by Xiang Monji.

And thus, the Five System is complete. A new beginning for Maven city shall commence.
