Chapter 15 Dragons and Basilisks

Magic, a complex instrument sent by God to the humans of the new world in order to combat the troubles facing them, it awakens

Within people who acknowledge a certain trait of theirs and embrace it, for example a boy with walls to overcome in his life would suddenly be able to create air walls,

Or a girl who's destiny has been tore to piece patches it up with a tread and needle of light.

However in some cases like those of the witches and demons magic can be manipulated....

Beliora kingdom

Southern Illious

This mondaine village was under siege by the Dragons a race of lizard men like creatures that hated humans for their over cultivation of lands.

The creatures looked like muscular winged lizards standing on 2 legs some wearing armor too and bearing weapons, all of them had black scales and bore red markings on their white scaled chest.

"Chargeee! Make sure no humans survive this!" In the center of the rampage cried a woman with black scales and a silk dress, this was a female Dragon her appearance was more human than the males, she had long black hair, 4 pairs of wings, no tail though for some reason, she seemed to be the leader of the assault.

The Dragons were a race where the females took charge, the females also took part in multiple relationships with different males leading to the race being called the polyandrous race.

The village was destroyed in mere minutes, the people were clawed at or burnt up by dragon fire until...

'Zipppp!' a blue light appeared in front of the dragon army.

The light disappeared and revealed a dark skinned young woman in a blue cloak, her expression showed she was pissed off.

Her black hair swayed to the right revealing 7 blonde locks of hair, 2 pink horns mounted her forehead.

"How disturbing..." She said with a scornful glare her eyes glow up and her 2 horns grow a bit.

"Reinforcements? Kill her!" The female Dragon ordered and a bunch of male dragon's charged at the horned woman until.

{Quick freeze} 'shizzzzz' she said in a heartless voice and the 5 dragon's that charged her were frozen solid in blocks of ice surprising the rest.

{Earth break!} She said again and the earth underneath the frozen dragons erupted and destroyed them.

"Impossible! I Lydra of the black dragon tribe have never seen a human use 2 different magic elements before! Who are you?!!!" Lydra shouted in confusion.

"Giving my name to animals like you is degrading but whatever...

Demon knight of lust, Lillian" the horned woman said nonchalantly.

"A demon knight?!!!", "But there wasn't a demon knight in beliora!!" "Run away!!!" Numerous dragons then turned around and ran away.

"Cowards!!! We have to conquer this land!!!" Lydra shouted at the cowardice of her army.

"None of you are going anywhere!"  {Cyro Burst}  Lillian yelled and a 7 spears of ice shot out.

"Gyahhhhh!gyahhh gayahha!" All the dragon's hit by the spears shouted until

'boooooom!' they all exploded in blast of cold air.

"You bastard!" Lydra charged at Lillian after seeing more of her men killed.

"You lizards are weak to the cold right? I'll make sure you all suffer for what you did here!" Lillian then dodges the charge with ease.

"Dragon fury!" Lydra yells as she throws a punch at Lillian face however.

'pam' Lillian grabs the fist and takes damage but.... 'frizzzzzzz' Lydra's entire arm gets frozen and breaks off.

"Kyaaaaahhhhhh!" Lydra shouts in pain.

"Now fall into despair"  {Black Hole!} Lillian yells and a black circle appears from her crotch and sucks the disarmed Lydra 'zissssssss'.

Lydra awaken in darkness and See's a pink being smiling at her

"Well hello there Missy" the being says in a demonic fashion as she jumps Lydra

"Noooooooo!" The female dragon's last words reach no one as she's devoured in all sense of the word.

The remaining dragons flee but beliora silver knights appear and take care of them.

"Follow her lead men! The new demon knigh of lust has opened a path!" A knight commander shouted and the remaining 20 charged.

"What a mess..." Lillian says as she looks at the destroyed village again.

"Quit sobbing over split milk and find me more pray, Mama's horny!" A voice resounded from a pink fog that appeared from underneath Lillian's gown.

The fog then takes the same shape as Lillian except her hair was blonde with a few strands of black there and it was much messier.

"Lilith! Could you not come out at times like this, I'm trying to make a good impression on the knights" Lillian said to her demon.

"The demon of lust always leaves a good impression, after 4 rounds that is!" Lilith then runs to the nearest silver knight and jumps on his back.

Lillian then facepalmed, she had separated her body into 2 allowing her demon to roam freely and satisfy her undying lust however, she also longed for a partner

"A man who is true, an honest man! A man I don't have to lock up and torture if he looks at another woman!!! But the way that demon is going around sleeping with everything is horrible!" Lillian yells with her 20 year old angst.

In the Carnage, a lone male black Dragon with a white beard drops a black egg into the stream.

"Grrrrrr!" He holds his left ribcage which is bleeding severely.

"My son, I hope where ever to find yourself, you'll do better than this old lizard.....grrrrrr....." he bids farewell to the egg as he collapses.

"Well well! A Dragon's egg! Now that's a prize" a man in rusty armor says as he licks his lips and follows the egg.

The egg flows the stream's current for a single day and manages to find it's self in another kingdom.

Diora kingdom

Red embers territory

Loc town

This small town was under inspection by the red embers newest members Alex and Elisa the two other worlders that came with Remi to this new world.

Alex clad in bronze armor had gathered all the young men in the town.

"Okay guy, I don't want to sound weird but I'm going to have to ask you all to show me your underwear! The culprit for peeping on Master Chimamanda in the shower, most likely doesn't have a clean pair!" Alex shouted and all the men in tunics looked as scared as cats getting a bath.

While near a stream was Eliza wearing a brown dress and a bronze breast plate, she seemed to be stirring a stick in the water.

"I wish I had magic or something, none of the weapons I used before fit me, I want to helpful" Eliza said with a sad expression until... 'bump','bumpp bump!' a black object gets washed up near her and she takes a closer

"A ball?" She panders and reaches for it.

Hidden in the trees is the same rusty man is looking at Eliza holding the egg

"Pfft, this back water kingdom rubbish, I'll beat up that low rank knight and steal the pesky egg" she says and jumps

'whoooshhh!' he jumps from the tree scattering leaves and targets Eliza.

"Huh?!" Eliza screams at the mysterious man alerting alex however the egg in her hands start to crack 'crackkk!'

A purple light engulfs the area.....

Meanwhile

Kodi ranch

A farm full of normal animals like cows, chickens, goats horses stands near Loc town there in this particular farm is a problem.

"Pakaaaaaaaaaa!" A beast stood on top the body of a headless horse, it had black and brown wings and a fat body it's yellow scaly legs complemented it's black talons. It's long snake tail was dark green with a rattle at the tip 'shikashika'.

It's peak yellow beak was connected to a red waddle hanging like a beard along with a blood red comb on top it's head in other words.....

"A rooster!!!!!! A freaking rooster with a snake tail!!!" Remi the demon knight of wrath shouted as he pointed at the abomination.

"Sir Remi! That's a Basilisk! A mystical creature born of a chicken and a snake having the power to petrify with a single gaze" Edward the monk steps in to clearify his demon friend.

"Looks like that angry one is protected the female one behind him" Valerie the Hobbit takes note as she points at another Basilisk laying on a bunch of blue eggs.

"Our mission involves getting rid of these pests, so to avoid petrification....." Genevieve the Amazon said taking a piece of clotg from her bag.

"Blindfold strategy!!!" Genevieve ties the cloth over her eyes to avoid the Basilisk's gaze.

"Die you unholy creatures!" {light needles!} Genevieve then starts shooting out needles of light from her fingers like bullets however...

"Hey your not aiming at the Basilisks your aiming at us!", "Wahhh!!!"  Both Edward and Valerie run away from Genevieve as she chases them in a comical fashion.

"The hell! I guess I have to take care of this myself!" Remi remarks angry as usual.

"Rahhhhhhh!" Remi charges at  the demonic fowl in attempts to punch it however....

'twinnnnnnnk' a red wave ejects from the Basilisk's eyes stunning Remi body and making it as stiff as stone.

"Grrrrrr...so..... this is.... petrification...hehehe" Remi body starts to move slower.

"but you didn't count for this!!! Rahhhhhhh!" Remi's anger gives him enough strength to break free of the status effect.

"Paaaaaaaa!" The male Basilisk's jaw drops at the sight of this.

"Horahhh!", "Pakaaaaa!" Remi proceeds to punch the fowl sending it flying back to the female one.

"You know what... I'm keeping these! Seems like a shame to kill a potential food source for me" Remi remarks looking at the blue eggs

"tsk! You haven't killed something in weeks!" The demon of wrath hisses in his mind but Remi ignores his back talk as usual.

"Genevieve enough already! God Damnit!" Remi shouts at his team still goofing off.

At the gate of the ranch explaining the situation to farmer Kido.

"Thank ya very much knights! I'd reckon if y'all didn't show up I'd be a goner" Kido says great fully.

"But.... Ya sure ya want that beast?" He pointed to the cage with the blindfolded Basilisk in it.

"Yah nothing to worry you just continue selling your stuff" Remi says nonchalantly as he walks away.

"Wait a second Remi! why do we have to pull the wagon!" Genevieve yells as she, Edward and Valerie are seen pulling the large wagon with the cage.

"Cause you 3 did nothing!!! So no complaining!!!" Remi yells at her causing her to pout seriously.

"Sir gets more hot headed everyday" Edward says with sweat on his forehead.

"Maybe he needs to use the bathroom" Valerie says in a joking manner.

Loc town

Getting back to civilization Remi and the wrath party stumble upon a strange scene.

'boooooom' a large dust cloud engulfs the area and a man wearing rusty armor comes out running.

"The hell?! I thought she was a novice!!!" The man cries as he tried to escape however.

"Gaboooo" a shadowy figure appears behind him and claws at his back breaking the rusted armor.

"Gyahhhhh! Damn you bloody dragon let me catch you!" The man says as he backs off.

The figure is revealed to a be a baby black Dragon, it's about the size of a toddler with yellow claws and yellow wings.

"Don't let him go Drake! Dragon fury! And send him this way" a familiar voice belonging to Eliza sounds out from the dust.

"Gaboooooo!" The baby dragon once again claws at man and sends him flying towards Eliza.

"Take This! [Dragon uppercut]!", "Puwahhhh" Eliza's hand glows black as drives it into the man's chin and sends him upwards.

'Bammmm!' the man falls unconscious and Eliza hugs Drake.

"We did Drake! You were a miracle!", "Gaboooobooo!" The black Dragon hugs back.

"The hell did I miss?" Asked as confused as the rest of his party.

"Well Eliza got a dragon egg, became a beast tamer, learnt how to use beast magic and beat the shit out of the beast Hunter over there" Alex butts in and says nonchalantly.

"Sighhhhhhhh!" Remi facepalms out of sheer frustration alerting Eliza of his arrival.

"Remi! You're here?!" Eliza freaks out after showing off such a Savage attitude towards the hunter.

Then suddenly Genevieve looks at her and Wonders (who's that girl and why is she so chummy with Remi?).

While Eliza also looks at Genevieve and thinks (Another new member? And she's pretty?!).

Both girls stare daggers at each while Edward cowers in a corner with Valerie leaving Remi and Alex to look as daft as ever to the situation.

Clarification....

1. The demon knight of lust has maxed out dexterity stats allowing her to use any kind of magic and even to ignore the Mana depletion.

2. Beast magic allows a beast tamer to use certain moves that the beast possess.
