Author look at Adrian and said" yes we Gods are not how mortal portrait us to be, the lottery is a game the trickster god made for fun, it give 2 wish to the winner but it was only a on time game after all we would not want many mortal turn God running around causing trouble it would be a drag to reign those in and the council is a group of many Gods that i am sure you can figure out , that make sure the law of the omni verse is not broken." the author said with a slight smile on his face. As the wheel spins i was thinking what anime world i would want to visit' if I am going to travel different worlds I would need a great foundation, after all i am not some genius that master martial arts the moment that i got to that world, i will need to first find a teacher or hope that the that i get something amazingly helpful, and the way he act tell me that gods destroying thing is common in the omni verse so i will need to get at least something that can help me get stronger.'as i was thinking that the wheel stop spinning which brought our attention back to it, i look at the wheel and saw that it stop in [System] for the first spin.

Adrain then look at the god and ask "Can i designed a new body" the god respond " yes, when you integrate with the system it should allow you to do that" "that's good after all i want to start new" said Adrain." then do you have any question' the god ask" i have a question,since you said that god don't let mortal turn god rome around the omni verse, i was wondering if you can tell me about the rule of the omni verse" Adrain ask the god" oh your curious about that, well it's a rule that is like equivalent exchange from that alchemist cartoon at the same time not, like if you destroy a planet or kill someone that person must have a certain percentage of evil or it will turn to bad karma that accumulated and bit you back in your next reincarnation, some may be so bad that it give birth to demons in human skin,and some god may turn crazy if affect that's why we have to catch them and purify them, i know we are gods so evil should not affects, well that is true but it all depend even god have their own evil side, that is why there is a ranking system in the omni verse, sometime it's so much that it can give birth to time and space catastrophes,especially those cultivation world and medieval world."
