Sylas, an inexperienced Monk from chronological times, sprinted from the Holy Temple because of his abusive Master concurrently with his brothers. His brothers, however, proposed he be used as a sacrifice for them to unlock a portal to another world. Being the youngest of the brothers, they made it seem he was less meaningful.
He, however, whirled and snapped his fingers, turning his brothers into ashes with an emotionless expression, and opened the portal.
