Chapter 3

[Prior to Carrion waking up]

[In an office]

In a room, two people were sitting across from each other. The other one is dressed in a standard military uniform. He had a quite muscular build with his blond hair kept neatly parted on the left side.

He wore a calm and collected expression on his face, with his icy blue eyes being one of his most striking features. His eyebrows were also quite noticeable, being very thick and bushy.

And the other is a bald man with a structured build. He had a distinguished mustache, with light skin and notable wrinkles under his eyes. He is wearing a Garrison uniform paired with a white button-up shirt and a red sash with gold trim.

It was, of course, The 13th Commander of the Survey Corps and the Chief official of the Southern Territories, Dot Pixis.

Currently, the two are having a private meeting about a certain child...

"So... Just who is this child you found?" Asked Pixis

"He was found on a riverbank on the day the walls have been breached, presumably floated along the river to Wall Rose." Replied Erwin

"But... That's not what I'm here for, right?" Pixis immediately got to the point and avoided the useless talks

"... That is correct." Answered Erwin sharply

He then continued "If it was any other child found on a riverbank, it would have been considered normal. But this child's origins... When we investigated further upstream we found many rapidly decaying bodies of ten or more titans laying either on the ground or half soaked in the river with their heads bitten off."

At this point, Pixis' expression turned more serious as he listen to Erwin's findings of the mysterious child.

Erwin stopped for a moment to let Pixis absorb the data he gave and let him think.

Finally, Pixis made an answer.

"You think there's more to this... Don't you?"

Hearing this, Erwin simply nodded at him and said "The child is the only one who can possibly know what had happened to those titans and what could have caused their demise."

"..." Pixis and Erwin just stayed silent for a while and drank the tea that was on the table.

"And I presume you want me to keep this a secret from the government?"

"Yes."

Having heard of Erwin's answer, Pixis finished drinking his tea and slowly stood up before walking towards the door "Alright. But I'm curious about something; who found the kid?" Asked Pixis

"It was Levi, why?" Erwin replied nonchalantly

"Umu... Alright." Saying this, Pixis left the room leaving Erwin alone in his office.

After Pixis left, Erwin fell to a deep thought and wondered the same question in his head 'That child... May perhaps someday be the key to something...'

[Helix's backstory]

It was just like any normal day. People going to work, students getting inside the transit to go to their respective schools, and the cars that are noisy in the morning

It was then that a youth wearing a school uniform while riding a bicycle went down a steep road while shouting "WOO!!!"

It was clear that this youth is enjoying this experience. He was quite tall, height around 5 foot 7 or 8. He had a good physique that can almost reach that of an athlete.

Behind him, three other youths were going down the steep road while shouting at him "Felix you bastard! Slow down!" Yelled one of the guys

"Haha! You better catch up to me or I'll win the bet~!" The one who is called Felix turned his head and replied to them

"This competitive bastard...!" Whispered the one who previously shouted

"Dean! Go block Felix, we can't let him win the bet and take our money again!" Ordered the one in front

"Alright!" Replied Dean

He then started speeding up in an attempt to stop Felix but was outran by him. But the other didn't give him any more chance so they also sped up.

Seeing this, Felix got worried as they'll soon catch up to him. So, he took the opportunity to go down a shortcut in an alleyway. Although it was a bit risky, he was quite confident he can stay safe

So, in the next turn, Felix made a drift and immediately sped up to the alleyway, leaving no chance for his pursuers to catch up to him.

It was his mistake, however, that before he could reach the alleyway, a truck came out of nowhere.

With his speed and the truck's force, a loud 'BANG!' happened.

You think that's it, right? He's gonezo.

But... Who would have thought that a certain Black humanoid figure saw his soul that just reached the land of the dead and fused it with the Venom symbiote? Not only giving him a few more power-ups, but also a new life.

And that, my friends, is how the symbiote 'Helix' was born. Deprived from the Venom Symbiote and the soul of a senior high school student named Felix.

[Shortly after Helix possessed Carrion]

'God fucking damn it...' Thought Helix

He just found out that he died and got a second chance in life as a symbiote. And apparently, he's similar to the Symbiote from the movie he watched back on earth. But quite different as he was given a few power-ups from whatever made him.

Shortly after possessing the body of a child, Helix immediately knew how to heal him and so he did.

Knowing that there's a form where he can take control of the body of his host, Helix tried to do it and miraculously, it worked on the first try.

Dark Purple goo appeared all over the child and soon, the same wide mouth full of spooky teeth were present on the head

'This looks cool as hell..!' Thought Helix as he tested out his physical abilities

'Though... I look a bit small because of the child I possessed...' Helix silently complained

He then started to look around his surroundings and found giant creatures that look human walking around and picking up smaller humans. And not just that, there is also a giant wall in the distance that Helix immediately recognized.

'Fuck! This is Attack on Titan, isn't it?!'

Just when he found out what world he was in, a titan came to him and tried to gran him. Seeing this, a sudden impulse of killing suddenly surfaced in Helix.

Without thinking, his small body started to run towards the Titans and leaped at its head. Then, Helix's hand started to change shape to that of a very sharp and long knife. He slashed the nape of the titan, killing it and falling to the ground.

Seeing what he had done, Helix subconsciously thought to himself

'Holy shit...!'

He did not think he was this powerful, easily killing a titan. So, he let his body go on auto-pilot and killed some of the titans. There was even a time when his head grew so large a, it bit the bead of a titan, sending the bitten head to god knows where.

Finally had his fun, Helix somehow felt tired and dropped to the ground, but not before crawling to the river and making his own raft since he knows where the river is taking him.

After doing all the miscellaneous tasks, the fatigue took over his body and he fell asleep.

When he woke up, he was still in the child's body and found himself in a prison cell. He was about to break free but the kid woke up, making him stop.

And that is how the Symbiote Helix met Carrion. Entering a symbiotic relationship.
