A really advanced civilization in a fantasy setting I guess

A man with white hair and red eyes is in the Executive Capital Planet and is standing up in a huge office look and wandering his mind about his civilization. Suddenly a hologram appears in front of this person. The hologram is another man with white hair and red eyes and is standing at attention.

Hologram: President, we have a complex problem.

The President face stay still and anticipate what the message is going to be.

President: What's the problem executive?

Executive: Well you see. That the extermination for the Chaotic Alliances happen to result in some interesting consequences or I should really say results.

President: Explain

Executive: I think it's better to read the report yourself than me trying to explain it.

The president now have a really confused face.

President: What?

The overall explanation of what happened is that the group of the Chaotic Alliances all sacrifice themselves because they can't escape the force and have no way to fight back of the UCEA. The sacrifice apparently have triggered a system which lead to some random parts of the UCEA to teleport to other galaxies and in some cases reincarnation. Some places are replaced from the transporter parts weird things ( an example would talking pizza monsters and stuff for the like). Overall, even there are some setbacks and fixing to do. There is a great opportunity to have an insight of the universe. Rather be mad the president is rather more interested.

President: Tell the commander in chief to deal with the threats that are harming our people and then next go to the places to where our people have gone to to see if they are ok. I leave the rest to head executive to deal with this. Also tell the Republic to go deal with the other situations. The matter is already handled.

Executive: Yes President

The hologram closes.

President: What an interest display of events. Maybe I should take some vacation maybe.

The president grin very widely since he knows what the places of those that are reported are.
