Not a counterfeit
Once, the Shippers almost admitted one of those counterfeits as their son but a mother knows her child too well. After the maid announced to them about their son at the door, they were already on the bridge of believing it because it had been four years since anyone came by claiming to be their son.
His mother stared at her husband thoughtful and as if having the same thoughts, they jerked off the chair and approached the door.
And there, there, was a man in his late twenties standing next to a girl in her twenties and they both were kind of arguing before they opened the door.
"Kenneth?" His mother was the first to utter after looking into his eyes for more than necessary. Their son's eyes were green, one of the reasons why they believed his appearance immediately.
"Mother," he answered. "It's been a long time," his voice was heard calmly and the next moment, the couple were brought into the house.
