Rubbish day

The class was in an uproar as everyone started laughing hysterically at Mr Leterim.

It took Mr Leterim a while to recover from the shock as he put the book in the bin.

"Mr! Aren't you going to read that book?" A student asked.

Mr Leterim looked at the student.

"Why would I read such a rubbish book?" He asked with anger.

"You said you liked those books." Another student said giggling.

"That's a lie."

"No. You really did say that Mr!"

"I did not say such useless things! If there is one thing I hate, it's people calling me a liar!" Mr Leterim's voice boomed across the classroom, silencing everyone.

He went back to his seat as everyone started giggling and laughing.

Mr Leterim calmed down as he started talking about his life.

"You know I have a big double story house. It's so big that my Dad fell off the stairs and broke his arm." He said as he laughed at his own stupid joke.

"Mr… That's very rude to say... And it's not even funny!" A student exclaimed.

"You're right. It's rude and not funny. Let's just get back to math then." Mr Leterim said as he stood up and went to the board to continue his algebra lesson.

It seemed like everyone had forgotten that Liwin was there, as he sat back down in his seat.

The lesson went as normal and it looked like Liwin wasn't going to get in trouble. He sighed in relief as he continued listening to Mr Leterim's boring lesson.

Apparently, Liwin's luck didn't last long as a student suddenly realised he was there.

"Mr, aren't you going to punish Liwin?" The blonde female said, raising her hand.

"Oh, that's right. Liwin, you are going to have a detention with me after class, meet me at my office." Mr Leterim said.

"Alone?" Liwin asked.

He wasn't supposed to ask but it slipped out.

"Yes, alone." The teacher replied with a slight smile on his face.

'Yeah… I'm skipping.' Liwin thought to himself.

The class finally ended and Liwin decided he had to hide. But before he could get out, Mr Leterim saw he didn't have his bag in his locker.

"Liwin, I'll give you two seconds to put your bag in your locker." The teacher said as he watched Liwin with beady eyes.

Liwin couldn't do anything so he quickly put his bag away and ran for his life.

He finally got out of the building and was able to breathe as he walked over to the bench near the library. He sat down and thought about how his life was becoming more messed up and watched how people were still whispering about him.

The rest of the day went like that as he got into more detentions because of other stupid reasons. Liwin walked home feeling very tired. It was a spring afternoon but it still felt like winter as the cold breeze blew across Liwin's face. He speedily walked home trying to avoid anyone who looked at him with hungry eyes.

Liwin, at last, made it to his home. No one was there except his older sister who didn't have anything better to do but watch cinderella. He went up to his room and flopped onto his bed.

'What a day.' He thought.

He took his phone out as he browsed through the internet. He was about to get up when his sister came in begging him to see the news.

Liwin went downstairs to see the news that was airing on the tv, his parents were also there watching intently after coming home from work.

"There have been several cases where people have mysteriously died one after the other. Today two students, both male, were found dead in front of their houses with deep cuts and marks no human is capable of. CCTV footage shows nothing but a black fog covering the area and disappearing after the victim has been brutally killed. We ask everyone to stay home until the culprit has been found."

Photos of the victims were then displayed. Liwin looked in horror at the sight of their faces.

One was the boy who shouted from across the street, the other was the one who started cursing at Liwin after he had bumped into him.

They were both people that he saw in the morning.

Welp...

Tell me if something doesn't make sense.
