they're after her

CASSIEL'S POV:

"I won't let you regret, now give me a gun."

"I'll get you a gun. You have to retrieve Seri and bring her to me." She ordered.

"You're bold to order me around."

"If you're half as smart as you look, you'll listen instead of wasting my time arguing." And closed the door behind her.

I take to the steps and hurry to her room; I could feel them advancing. I send a distress symbol from my watch, just needed to buy enough time for them to arrive and I could get her out of here. She can't get hurt now, not when this time things are different. Not when I finally have a chance to know her again.

I can't lose her again; it'll kill me this time.

I take my fears and her down the stairs and bang on the door.

Her Mother opens it with a gun pointed at my head. "This one's for you."

"Then why are you pointing it at me?"
