Torturing Casey

Raised her hand and slapped her hard. Causing Casey's head to snap to the side as Alice's slap landed with a thunderous crack, startling her awake. Her face stung immediately, and her eyes flashed with fury.

"You… bitch! How dare you—" Casey began, her voice a venomous hiss.

But her words were cut off by another slap, harder and louder than the first. The force of it made Casey's head reel, her cheek swelling instantly. Pain shot through her face, and a sharp ringing filled her ears, disorienting her.

Alice leaned in close, her icy voice like a blade slicing through the tension. "I'll teach you a lesson you'll never forget for daring to mess with my daughter."

Casey's defiance faltered, her eyes widening as she registered the storm in Alice's gaze. There was no mercy there, only cold, unyielding fury. And under that gaze she truly felt fear and her knees went weak instantly.
