Nymph

In the shimmering waters of Gaea's garden, a ten-year-old Hades stood at the edge, his brows furrowed in concentration. He had been practicing the powers gifted to him by Tiamat, specifically his dominion over the sea. Today, he was determined to grasp this aspect of his abilities, keeping it hidden from everyone—especially from his mother Rhea and his grandmother Gaea

"Yes, yes, I did it!" Hades exclaimed quietly, his excitement barely contained as he watched the surface of the water ripple in response to his will. "So this is how Poseidon feels..."

Just as he began to feel a sense of accomplishment, the water erupted in a cascade of glimmering droplets. Hades lost his balance and fell into the cool depths, spluttering and flailing as he surfaced.

As he wiped the water from his eyes, he was met by the curious gaze of a young water nymph, no older than himself. She hovered above the surface, her body shimmering with an ethereal glow, as if she were part of the very water around her.

"Are you okay?" she asked, concern evident in her bright blue eyes.

Hades blinked, taken aback by her sudden appearance. "Yeah, I'm fine," he replied, climbing out of the water, dripping and slightly embarrassed. "Where are my manners? My name is Hades."

The nymph smiled, her laughter echoing like gentle waves. "Nice to meet you, Hades. I'm Metis."

A wave of recognition washed over Hades. Metis was an important figure in the original timeline; she played a crucial role in the liberation of him and his siblings. However, given that he and Zeus had swapped roles, the implications of their meeting hung heavy in the air. Hades' heart belonged to someone else, yet he couldn't help but feel a spark of connection with the nymph. He chose to hide these thoughts, his expression neutral as he regarded her.

"What are you doing here, Metis?" Hades asked, attempting to steer the conversation away from his own powers and the past. "Don't you have duties with the other nymphs?"

Metis shrugged, her hair flowing like cascading water. "I do, but I like to explore. I've never met anyone like you before. You seem different."

Hades' curiosity piqued. "Different how?"

"Well, most children fear the water, but you're not afraid at all. You seem to have a connection with it," she replied, glancing at the glistening pool. "It's like you understand it."

Hades smiled, a flicker of pride in his chest. "I've been practicing. Tiamat is teaching me. But it's still a work in progress."

Metis clapped her hands excitedly. "Tiamat? The great primordial goddess? That's amazing! Do you think you could show me?"

He hesitated, the weight of his secret pressing down on him. "I'm not sure. It's not perfected yet."

"Please! I'd love to see!" Metis implored, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm.

After a moment of contemplation, Hades relented. "Alright, but you have to promise not to tell anyone, especially my care taker."

Metis nodded vigorously, her expression earnest. "I promise!"

Hades took a deep breath, centering himself as he focused on the water. With a gesture of his hand, the surface began to swirl and rise, forming tendrils of liquid that danced gracefully around them.

"Wow!" Metis exclaimed, clapping her hands again as the water twisted and turned at Hades' command. "That's incredible!"

Feeling the joy of creation surge within him, Hades allowed himself to smile genuinely, the bond of friendship with Metis beginning to form—a bond that would ripple through the tapestry of fate itself.

As they played in the water, laughter mingled with the sound of splashes, and for a moment, Hades forgot the weight of his destiny. Instead, he embraced the simple joys of childhood, even amidst the secrets and powers that would one day shape him into the god he was destined to become.

Yet, deep down, he knew this was just the beginning. A greater purpose loomed ahead, and as he interacted with the future allies and adversaries in his life, he would tread the delicate line of fate with caution.

"hey Hades were are you"

Hades sigehd and sought. "I am here Odin".

As then riding a fire hourse was a 10 year old Odin, the boy had become a lot more boulder, as Odin eyes meet Metis

Odin looked at the water Nymph, a mischievous grin came on his face. "Oh am I interrupting something".

Hades rolled his eyes at Odin's playful tone, knowing full well that his friend would never let him live this down. "No, you're just in time to see my new friend, Metis."

Odin raised an eyebrow, the grin still plastered across his face. "Your friend? I didn't know you were making friends with water nymphs now, Hades."

Metis smiled brightly, seemingly unfazed by Odin's teasing. "It's nice to meet you, Odin! Hades was just showing me his powers with the water."

"Really?" Odin dismounted his fiery steed, the flames licking at its hooves yet leaving no mark on the ground. "Show me what you can do, Hades! I bet you can't make the water do a backflip."

Hades frowned, crossing his arms. "I can do more than just tricks, you know."

"Then let's see it!" Odin urged, his competitive nature flaring up.

"Alright," Hades relented, eager to prove himself. He turned back to the water, drawing on the connection he felt with it. He summoned a series of waves, making them rise higher and higher before commanding them to arch backward in a fluid motion. The water spun and twisted, creating a mesmerizing display.

"Whoa!" Odin exclaimed, watching the spectacle with wide eyes. "That's actually pretty cool!"

Metis clapped her hands, her laughter echoing with delight. "That was amazing, Hades! You're so talented!"

Hades couldn't help but beam at the praise, feeling a swell of pride in his chest. "Thanks! But it's not just me; Tiamat is teaching me."

Odin looked impressed. "Tiamat, huh? She's powerful! You've got some serious connections, my friend."

Before Hades could respond, Metis piped up, "What about you, Odin? What kind of powers do you have? Can you do anything special?"

Odin chuckled, scratching his head. "I'm still figuring that out. But I did learn a new trick! Watch this!"

With that, Odin raised his hand, and a small gust of wind began to swirl around him. He focused, and suddenly, a burst of lightning shot forth from his fingertips, illuminating the garden momentarily.

Hades' eyes widened in awe. "That was incredible!"

"Thanks!" Odin grinned, clearly pleased with himself. "I'm still working on controlling it, though. Sometimes it's a little… unpredictable."

Metis clapped her hands in excitement. "You're both amazing! I've never met gods like you before. This is the best day!"

As they basked in their shared accomplishments, the atmosphere shifted. A gentle breeze rustled the leaves around them, and for a brief moment, the bond between them felt unbreakable—a promise of friendship that would withstand the trials of time.

Hades took a step closer to the edge of the water, looking out at the horizon. "You know, I've always felt like we were meant for something more. We're just kids, but I can't shake the feeling that our futures are going to be… big."

Odin nodded in agreement. "I feel it too. We're destined for greatness—maybe even to change the worlds we come from."

Metis smiled, her eyes sparkling with hope. "Then let's make sure we stick together! Friends should always help each other."

"Agreed," Hades said, a sense of determination filling his heart. "Whatever comes our way, we'll face it together."

Hades then looked at two of them. "So don't tell anyone else that I can control the water"

Odin looked at him. "Why now tell your mother and grandmother, especially your grandmother Gaea doesn't she already know you have domain over The Sea"

Hades looked at him. "It is complicated".

Odin tilted his head, curiosity piqued. "Complicated how?"

Hades sighed, casting a glance at the shimmering water. "You see, I have powers that connect me to the void, chaos, and death. Water is different. Tiamat gifted me those abilities, but I'm afraid Gaea and Rhea might think I'm trying to take over Poseidon's domain or something. It's... a delicate situation."

Metis, who had been quietly listening, chimed in. "But isn't it good that you're learning to use your powers? They should be proud of you!"

"Yeah, but it's not just about being proud," Hades replied, a hint of frustration in his voice. "My mother, Rhea, is already protective of me. If she finds out I can control water, she might panic and pull me away from training altogether. I just want to grow stronger without all the pressure."

Odin nodded thoughtfully, his expression serious for a moment. "I get it. Sometimes, the expectations can feel heavy. But you're not alone in this. You have me and Metis as friends, and we'll support you no matter what."

Hades smiled faintly, comforted by Odin's words. "Thanks, Odin. I appreciate it. Just promise you won't spill the beans to anyone else. It's our secret for now."

"Cross my heart!" Odin declared, playfully putting his hand over his chest. "Your secret's safe with us, Hades. Right, Metis?"

"Absolutely!" Metis agreed, her eyes bright. "I won't tell a soul!"

The three friends shared a moment of laughter, the weight of the secret lightening the mood. But deep down, Hades couldn't shake the feeling that keeping this secret would come with its own challenges.

As the sun began to set, casting golden hues across the garden, Hades felt a swell of determination. "I will get stronger. No more hiding who I am. I'll train harder, and when the time is right, I'll show everyone what I can do."

Odin grinned, pumping his fist in the air. "That's the spirit! Let's make a pact to help each other grow stronger. We'll train together and share our knowledge!"

Metis nodded eagerly, her hair shimmering like the waves. "I'd love that! We can all teach each other our unique abilities. Together, we'll become unstoppable!"

With renewed purpose, the trio set off deeper into the garden, eager to explore their powers together. As they ventured further, Hades couldn't help but feel a sense of hope—a hope that together, they could forge a path that would change not only their destinies but the destinies of their pantheons as well.

As night fell, the stars twinkled brightly above, the cosmos watching over their friendship, unaware of the trials and tribulations that awaited them. But for now, in that peaceful garden, all that mattered was the bond they were building—one that would eventually echo through time itself.

The next day arrives as Odin and Hades were training, sword and spear classics, as Metis eyes were sparkling.

Meanwhile Rhea was looking at Metis and as she saw how Metis was looking at Hades as plans started to play in her mind how to hook these two up, as Hade felt a weird chill, as the Vili came too the group with a capture spider

Odin stopped and looked at his brother. "Brother why do you have a capture spider"

Gaea just sigehd. "That Spider has divinity... I should lock this realm before more gods come"

Rhea looked at the spider. "That Spider has divinity but it young very young, as old as Hades and Odin"

The spider then spoke. "Let me go let me go"

Vili then looked at him. "First human form"

The spider sighed as it took the form of a human child same age a Hades and Odin, had multiple arms like a spider, two eyes, a few spider like patron, he had dark skin and looked African.

The spider boy looked at him. "You could have gentler with me".

Odin then holded his spear to the boys face. "Who are you?".

The spider boy golped "my name is Anansi".

Everyone but Hades went who, Hades raised and eyebrows he finally relsihes how Zues knew the spider in the previous timeline, but seeing that the Pation if gods in the west were new very new no one knew them non of the gods did, he only knew because of will Future knowledge but acted as like he didn't knew like the others

Odin lowered his spear slightly, intrigued. "Anansi? I've heard that name whispered among the tales. You're a trickster, aren't you?"

Anansi nodded, his multiple arms fidgeting nervously. "Yes, yes, I'm a trickster! But I'm not here to cause trouble! I just want to explore and find my place in this new world."

Rhea stepped forward, her voice firm yet calm. "You have been captured, young one. What brings you to our realm?"

Anansi glanced around, taking in the garden's beauty. "I was wandering through realms, following a story, when I got caught in the net of this—" he gestured to Vili, "—this spider trap."

Hades couldn't help but chuckle softly. "A spider caught in a spider's trap. How ironic."

Odin grinned, lowering his weapon further. "So, you're not a threat, then? Just a curious soul like the rest of us?"

"Yes! Exactly!" Anansi exclaimed, relief washing over him. "I can be helpful! I know many stories and can weave tales that bring wisdom or mischief, depending on what you need!"

Metis, who had been listening intently, stepped closer, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "You can tell stories? I love stories! They make the world so much more interesting!"

Rhea exchanged glances with Gaea, who seemed to be considering the implications of Anansi's arrival. "Perhaps he can be a bridge between our realms," Gaea mused aloud. "If he truly knows tales from other pantheons, he could help us understand each other better."

Vili crossed his arms, regarding Anansi with curiosity. "You may have a role to play here, but first, you need to prove yourself. Are you willing to train with Hades and Odin?"

Anansi's eyes widened, a mix of excitement and apprehension. "Train? I'm not much of a fighter. My strengths lie in stories and trickery."

"Then perhaps we can combine our skills," Hades suggested, eager to include the newcomer. "We can teach you how to defend yourself while you share your stories. It might be fun!"

Anansi nodded slowly, looking more confident. "Alright, I'll give it a shot! Just don't expect me to wield a spear like you do, Odin!"

Odin laughed, the sound bright and light-hearted. "Don't worry, we'll find your strengths together. Who knows, maybe you'll be able to weave tales that can distract our enemies while we fight!"

As the group prepared for training, Rhea watched Metis closely, noticing how the young nymph's attention seemed to shift between Hades and Anansi. A spark of mischief lit within her as she began to plot ways to bring the two young ones together. Perhaps Anansi's presence could be the perfect opportunity for Hades to explore feelings he hadn't even realized were budding.

Meanwhile, the sun rose higher in the sky, casting warm light over the garden. The laughter and camaraderie among the children created a joyful atmosphere, signaling the beginning of new friendships and adventures.

With swords and spears in hand, the training commenced, filled with playful banter, laughter, and the weaving of stories that would shape the fabric of their destinies. Hades felt a sense of belonging swell within him, knowing he was surrounded by friends who would stand by him as they ventured into the unknown future.

As the day unfolded, each child learned from one another, forging bonds that would transcend their differences and unite their pantheons in ways that no one could foresee.

Rhea looked at Gaea. "So the west are getting there own set of gods".

Gaea looked at her daughter. "Yes, but they are new but some are powerful, I meet a serten space snake and will she is something her and her Pantion"

Rhea looked at Gaea. "And Anansi is one of these gods of the west... But he he is so young".

Gaea nodded thoughtfully, her expression pensive. "Yes, Anansi is young, but he possesses the essence of a trickster god. In the pantheon of the West, his tales and cunning will be valuable assets. Trickster gods often bring balance, challenging the status quo and reminding others of the importance of wit and wisdom."

Rhea crossed her arms, considering her mother's words. "But is it wise to include them in our realm so soon? The relationships between pantheons have always been… complicated."

"True," Gaea conceded, her voice gentle yet firm. "But these children represent a new generation. If we want to foster peace among the pantheons, we must give them a chance to grow together. Besides, each of them has a unique power and perspective. Look at Hades and Odin—they are already learning from one another."

Rhea sighed, her maternal instincts warring with her protective nature. "I understand your point, Mother, but what if they bring chaos instead of harmony? The last thing we need is more conflict."

"Conflict is inevitable," Gaea replied, her tone soothing. "But we can guide them. If we help these young gods form bonds early, we can prevent future misunderstandings. You know how powerful unity can be, especially when they have shared experiences."

Rhea considered this, her eyes flickering back to the training area where the children were now engaged in a mock battle, laughter echoing as they attempted to outmaneuver one another. Hades seemed particularly at ease, already showcasing his skills as he deftly manipulated the water around them to create obstacles, while Anansi used his agility to dodge and weave, adapting quickly to the game.

"Perhaps you're right," Rhea finally admitted, albeit reluctantly. "But I will keep a close eye on them. If anything feels off, I will intervene."

"Of course," Gaea reassured her. "You are a mother first, and I respect that. Just remember, every friendship forged now can pave the way for stronger alliances in the future."

As they spoke, Odin joined Hades and Anansi, an animated discussion unfolding about their training. Odin seemed to be explaining the importance of teamwork, gesturing enthusiastically while Hades nodded in agreement. Anansi, with a twinkle in his eye, started spinning a tale about a clever rabbit that outsmarted a lion, drawing the other boys in with his animated storytelling.

Rhea watched with a mix of apprehension and hope. "They seem to be getting along well. But what about the others? What if they feel threatened by Anansi's presence?"

Gaea chuckled softly. "Children are often more accepting than we give them credit for. Besides, I believe Anansi will add a new layer of excitement to their lives. Just look at how they are already drawn to his tales."

As if on cue, Hades shouted, "Hey, Anansi! Tell us more about the time you tricked the moon into giving you light!"

Anansi's eyes sparkled with delight, clearly ready to share another story. "Oh, that's a good one! It all started when I wanted to host the biggest feast…"

Rhea couldn't help but smile, the warmth of their laughter filling the garden. Maybe, just maybe, this new generation could create something beautiful together. After all, the world had enough room for new stories, alliances, and friendships—if only they were given the chance to flourish.
