Spiders are ruthless hunters who spare even the corpses of their companions; Wen is merely helping them create a food supply.
The silk loses its effectiveness in the flames, but they still have venom.
The highly corrosive venom hisses as it hits the ground, releasing poisonous smoke.
Wen donates an Aegis Shield to protect himself and glances at the unicorn sheltered under the Phoenix King's protection.
With the Phoenix King present, these toxins cannot harm them.
Wen points and mutters, "Thunder!"
Crack!
The fury of thunder descends, bombarding the bodies of the Eight-Eyed Giant Spiders. Some of the strikes even attach to the surface of the flames, creating a chain of explosions.
Wen even names this combination spell: Thunderfire Sword!
With his shield upheld, Wen charges into the swarm of spiders wielding his wand.
"Crushed to dust!"
"Thunderous explosion!"
"All petrified!"
"Lightning strikes with boundless might!"
Colorful spells burst forth from the tip of Wen's wand, the sky rumbling with thunder, accompanied by the screams of the Eight-Eyed Giant Spiders as they fall in droves.
With dynamic perception, even in the dark, the webs and venom cannot hit Wen.
"Damn it, why is this little wizard so strong?"
Aragog retreats while cursing: "Stop! Quickly, stop!"
"We'll let you go, and there are still unicorns, so stop! Alagork's heart is bleeding; all these spiders are his children.
Even though he has thousands of children throughout his life, watching a little wizard brutally slaughter his offspring right in front of him makes his heart ache.
"You still don't get it, Alagork," Wayne said. With another explosive spell, he blasted the ground, creating a deep pit, leaving nearby spider corpses utterly destroyed, and coldly remarked, "It's not about you letting me go; it's about my ability to let you off!"
Zzzz!
A massive net of electric arcs fell, illuminating the night sky with blue light. Those spiders that touched the electric net were dismembered by the strong currents, their remains scattered on the ground. Their hard exoskeletons and sticky webs were of no use against the lightning net.
"I give up! Little wizard, what do I need to do for you to spare us?" Alagork pleaded through gritted teeth, having just lost one of his legs to the electric net.
"Wuu~!"
"Wuu~!"
The whimpering of the little beasts on the battlefield was particularly noticeable.
Wayne paused briefly in his attack and turned to look back, seeing three newborn unicorns suckling in front of their mother. The unicorn mother was affectionately nudging her young.
Seeing this warm scene, Wayne's murderous intent suddenly faded significantly.
Alagork, who had cultivated wisdom over the years, sensed the change in Wayne's emotions and quickly took the opportunity to plead further: "Little wizard, it's all my fault this time, but you've also killed so many of my offspring."
"Considering Hagrid's reputation, spare us this once. If you ever come to the Forbidden Forest again, we won't dare to trouble you."
"And we won't seek revenge on the unicorns."
