Now that I'm falling for you

As Yeongsoo finished handing off the list to Zhen, he walked back inside, his lips quirking into a smile. Haeun's playful protests echoed in his mind, and despite the challenges ahead, he was glad to see Haeun's mood lifting.

Walking back into the living room, he found Haeun curled up on the couch, a blanket wrapped around him, his eyes half-closed. "The ingredient's on its way," Yeongsoo said softly as he sat beside him, running a hand through Haeun's hair.

"Mmm… good," Haeun mumbled, his voice drowsy. "And tell that guard not to take forever…"

"He won't, I made sure he knew you'd be cranky if he did."

"Not cranky…" Haeun murmured, already halfway to sleep. "Just… hungry…"

Yeongsoo chuckled softly, watching as Haeun finally drifted off. He rested his hand on Haeun's stomach, the warmth of it spreading across his palm.
