CHAPTER 3
-MORNING-
-Outside the C-Rank Dungeon-
Jin-Hyuk is now standing in front of the C-Rank dungeon . He wore a Red Shirt with blue jeans and was carrying a longsword which he bought from the weapon shop just this morning.
"Hey , Newbie"
A hunter probably the captain of this raid is now waving his hands towards Jin-Hyuk to probably greet him.
"Is this your first dungeon raid ?"
"Yeah" Jin-Hyuk replied
"Hmm , you probably awakened just yesterday and now you are already participating in a raid . Well no need to fear . I am a B-Rank hunter and this is only a C-Rank dungeon . "
"Thank you but I guess First dungeon raids always feel nervous right?"
"Yeah I raided my first dungeon 2 years ago"
"By the way Newbie , What rank did you awaken ?"
"I am a B-Rank "
"Wow , so we should probably be the strongest here amongst all the C-Ranks"
"I guess so"
"Okay , Let's go we have to enter the dungeon now"
"Yeah , sure"
The hunter who came to Jin-Hyuk went towards the raid team
"I can clear this dungeon solo but lets just stick around for today . If I see how the dungeon gets cleared today then I can probably hunt dungeons solo from tomorrow"
All the members are now ready and entered the dungeon
"So this is how a dungeon looks like " Jin-Hyuk exclaimed

"Looks like this will give me a notification whenever I enter a dungeon"
The team captain spoke
"Everyone , be alert . This is a C-Rank dungeon and the monsters here should be D-Ranked Steel Fanged Lycan . They can easily move around in the dark and has very sharp teeth . "
As soon as they said that growling sounds started coming from the entire dungeon . It was around the dungeon from everywhere .
"Shit , they have surrounded us"
"Quick , turn on lights"
"They are coming from everywhere"
Everyone started panicking but Jin-Hyuk was quite . Its as if his senses where hightened to be precisely able to locate the wolfs . He looked around him and saw that they were already surrounded by red eyes .
"Shit , this is bad" the team captain spoke
"Even , our whole squad can't kill so many wolfs together .
This time Jin-Hyuk spoke for the first time after entering the dungeon .
"Everyone , hide in a safe place or stay back . I will take care of them"
"Jin-Hyuk-ssi , this is probably not the best idea. Even though you are B-Rank but so many at once is impossible"
"Leader , just wait here"

Jin-Hyuk jumped towards the wolfs and took out his sword . He then rushed towards the wolfs and then the only thing seen was a slashes of blade and a pool of corpes and blood of the Steel Fanged Lycan.

Jin-Hyuk removed the blood of the wolfs with one slash of his sword and puts it back into its sheath.
"Um, Jin-Hyuk ssi , are u sure u are a B-Rank hunter ?"
"Yes , I am a B-Rank hunter"
"But , the way you slashed these Lycans . It almost felt like u are an S-Rank "
"How can I be a S-Rank hunter ? There are only very few S-Ranks in Korea "
"Yes , but recently a new S-Rank awakened is evaluated in Korea "
"Lets stop this discussion , we still have to clear this dungeon right ?"
"Yeah , Let's go "
-AFTER 4 HOURS-
"Finally after 4 hours we got to the dungeon boss room . It's a C-Rank boss and so it is weaker than B-Rank hunters . I can kill it in one slash but lets kill it all together they can get aware of who I really am"
After resting for about 10 minutes , everyone got up and prepared to enter the boss room .
"Lets go and finish the boss"
"Yeah and then we will go to the association to receive our salary "
"Yeah lets finish it "
Everyone moved towards the boss but Jin-Hyuk felt a little uneasy . He said
"Everyone , stop"
All the members of the team stopped and looked towards Jin-Hyuk
"Whats the matter Jin-Hyuk ssi ?"
"Yeah , lets kill this boss and exit this dungeon"
"Everyone listen to me , this boss is a B-Rank boss"
"What ? But that's i-impossible "
"Y-Yeah , I-I mean this i-is just a C-Rank Dungeon r-right ?"
"Probably but I feel that boss is way to big for being a C-Rank monster"
"Jin-Hyuk ssi don't feel pressured . This is your first time entering a dungeon right ? That why you haven't seen a Boss monster yet "
"I guess so"
"This monster is indeed a B-Rank monster The cheiftain of steel fanged lycans . But no problem , even if it's a B-Rank monster it is much weaker in front of a S-Rank like me . But still I have to keep my guard up"
Everyone got into their positions and were ready to launch attack when the boss monster who was probably sleeping woke up . He saw his surroundings and started to roar loud . His roar felt like it could deafen all the hunters .
Everyone kept their hands on their ears and were feeling the pain from the monster's shout . When it finally stooped shouting everyone was on their knees except Jin-Hyuk .
"That's why I told you it's a B-Rank Monster . Let me take care of it. "
"I guess Jin-Hyuk ssi is right . We cannot beat that monster being a C-Rank or even B-Rank . "
"No need to worry I will handle it"

Jin-Hyuk's sword started to cover in Mana from the surroundings and it stopped after forming a layer of aura around the sword. Jin-Hyuk jumped towards the monster and started slashing it in from different directions using its sword . The sound of the slashes and the view of Jin-Hyuk cutting the monster left everyone in amazement . After some time, the injured wolf chief was lying on the ground as Jin-Hyuk sliced his head through.

Jin-Hyuk was looking through his system window when everyone in the raid team approached towards him.
"Jin-Hyuk ssi , how did you kill the B-Rank boss monster ?"
"Yeah , its almost impossible for a B-Rank hunter to cut through the fur of the steel lycan chief "
"Well , I happen to have a skill which can ignore all the defences of monster and provide a critical hit " Jin-Hyuk said
"You are very lucky to have such a skill . This type of skills are probably not common among hunters "
"Well I guess so . I have obtained some really exceptional skills but sadly the mana usage for those skills is quite high and so some of these skills can be used after a limited amount of time "
"Yeah , the mana of a B-Rank is not so much high . In fact the difference in mana between a B-Rank and a A-Rank hunter is much higher than that of the difference between a C-Rank and B-Rank "
"Ok lets go out now as the raid is over and we have collected all the magic stones too"
Jin-Hyuk and his party members exitted the dungeon as they saw the gate close behind them . They headed towards the Association building to receive their rewards for this mission completion .
