Chapter 21; Thank you Momma....

"Mommy, let's pick a storybook on the shelves to read! I want to listen to the brave hero today!" Huo Minghao was never a fan of Snow and Princess kind of bedtime storybooks.

Tang Fei was mesmerized by the entire place and how it was designed with a huge balcony that had French wall-to-wall sliding windows.

Every little thing that could be seen, could be said to have been thoughtfully sorted out. You could tell Sixth Master Huo loved his kids to the brim.

"All right..." She picked up the said story book holding it in her palm, "Each day, we will read story books chosen by one of you! Everyone would have a day..." To be fair, each one of them would have a day when they chose a storybook they wanted to listen to, and they were happy with that routine.

Balancing between the triplets wasn't easy; everyone wanted their mother's attention and love. What Tang Fei had gone through was the same thing she has been doing to her kids, maybe she didn't know how to be a mother when she never had anyone to show her how to love.

They held her and strode over to the bedroom where they had a huge bed that they could all fit in comfortably. Apart from that, they still had personal bedrooms after that huge bedroom.

The bedroom looked cozy and probably hadn't been used as they mostly slept in the master bedroom with their father.

"Mommy, wait for a minute; we will clean up faster and come back. Don't go anywhere!" They rushed away.

They went over to the walk-in closet, picked up their pajamas and towels; they went over to their bedrooms as they had personal bathrooms; they cleaned up in a hurry before coming over to the bigger bedroom where Tang Fei was seated on the bed, looking at the storybook.

"Mommy, see, we are done so fast!" They jumped onto the bed clinging onto her shoulders.

"You all didn't dry your hair well; one of you, go and bring over a blow dry; I will assist you in drying it properly, as wet hair can make you sick." If they leave their scalp that dumb, they might develop cold and also damage their hairline.

Huo Zhihao rushed to his bedroom, got a blow dry, and immediately returned, giving it over to their mommy.

Tang Fei pressed the cable into the socket and began drying their hair, she started with Huo Zhihao as his hair was short then Huo Minghao, and lastly Fenghao, after drying, she patted their hairline in the middle into two parts, she used the curling ribbons to tie them in place as they wouldn't wash their hair tomorrow morning when going over to school.

"All right, you are all good. Lie on the bed, and I will narrate this story for you." Seeing they were all set, she assisted them in laying in bed, tucking them in, but they dragged her into the bed, and she could only sleep in the middle as they clung to her.

They were okay even if she decided not to read the storybook for them.

"Mommy, can we talk now about that promise?" Huo Zhihao didn't want to forget.

"Yeah, make your wishes!" Tang Fei held the storybook looking at chapter one.

"Accompany us to school tomorrow like other kids get escorted by their mother!" They unisonly suggested that it was something they had discussed over.

"All right, will try to tomorrow if your father allows me..." She didn't have any freedom, but if their father let her out, then she would accompany them.

"Yay! Thank you, momma!" They were happy that their mother would accompany them to school; they, of course, had to brag that they had a beautiful mother.

"All right, I will read a story now." She gently caressed their cheeks.
