Fury 2

I storm through the castle, each step pounding like a hammer driving nails into the ground. The air is heavy, tense, and suffocating, but it has nothing to do with pheromones. It's me. The silence that follows me is deafening, servants and guards shrinking into the shadows, too afraid to even look at me. They should be. They should know what's coming.

The Robbens.

They've crossed a line they never should've approached, much less stepped over. I've let them play their little games for far too long, but I won't let them forget who I am today. My hands curl into fists, knuckles cracking as I approach the guest quarters. My pulse throbs in my ears, and my mind is a dark, swirling storm, thoughts coming fast and furious, none of them good.

They thought they were safe. They thought because I had bigger enemies to handle, that because I had left them alone for so long, they were untouchable.

They thought wrong.
