Su Shu had never been to a village like Peng Mountain Village before. She lived in an extremely convenient modern city and, when she was young, she followed her parents to the rural countryside.
But the impression from back then compared to what she saw now, there were many differences.
The difference with Peng Village was that, if it wasn't for the newly built road that led out of the village, the entire village was actually in a state of seclusion. Peng Sanye suggested she take a walk on her own to get a feel for things, so Su Shu really did take Xiao'ai for a walk in the middle of the village without venturing further inside.
One reason was that it would be impolite, the other was that she was unfamiliar with the place.
Towards unfamiliar environments, she always had a sense of caution, a shadow and habit left behind from the hard life in her previous existence.
