Shishou turned to her with a smile. "Why did I save you? That's a silly question. I saved you so you could be my woman."

The butterfly created by Shishou was palm-sized, while she was only finger-sized, making it an impossible fight. Moreover, having just been reborn, she was still adapting to her new body and couldn't use much chakra for ninjutsu.

"You pervert, I am the Fourth Hokage's wife!" Kushina yelled from inside the bottle. "Even if I die in here, I won't be your woman!"

"Minato is dead, and you are still alive," Shishou said, sitting at his desk, thinking about how to acquire the Four-Tails and Five-Tails Jinchuriki from Nagato. Nagato had transplanted Hashirama's cells, making him even stronger. With both Hashirama's power and Uchiha Madara's Rinnegan, Nagato might have new abilities.

While Shishou could suppress Nagato in a duel, if Nagato decided to escape, Shishou couldn't stop him, similar to how Nagato couldn't stop Shishou with his Flying Thunder God technique. So, forcefully taking them wouldn't work.
