Virtya waved at the workers who cheered while shouting his name and he continued on his way and without wasting time, they reached at the site which was allocated for the building of the glass manufacturing plant. The site was just beside the cement plant but while here, one could only see the top part of the protruding structures of the cement plant because the rest of the cement plant was obscured by a perimeter wall.
They all came down from their horses and a knight quickly gave Virtya his chillum when he asked for it.
"It's truly not as peaceful as it used to be. The ecosystem has been disrupted so much. I can not even hear the chirping of the birds anymore but anyway, even if we can't enjoy being here, building is also fun, what we will have to do is to keep ourselves busy and no one will be annoyed." Virtya said to everyone as they walked around.
In front of them, Virtya could see a makeshift warehouse that was built beside the continuous perimeter wall of the cement plant, this was the place where Virtya had chosen to inspect.
Currently, it could be seen that the workers were still pushing wagons carrying the refractory bricks, huge pistons, cogwheels, steel for construction, cement and other stuff that will help in the construction of this plant towards this warehouse.
The warehouse was made of logs while corrugated steel sheets was used for the roofing. This wooden warehouse was huge and the door was large enough to allow the wagons to go in unimpeded.
There was a person who was recording the things that has been brought by the wagons before they could be allowed to enter.
Long live your majesty! Long live your majesty!
The labourers and everyone here had to lower their heads in respect for the king's arrival. These were the workers that were selected to help Virtya in building the glass manufacturing plant.
"That's enough. You can continue with your work now." Virtya said expressionlessly. They walked into the warehouse and the first thing that Virtya saw was the storage rooms that held the materials that will help in this construction.
A knight opened the first door and Virtya could see that this room was filled with refractory bricks. After all, the refractory bricks were a needed when it came to the construction of any furnace that would burn with a high temperature for melting the raw materials. Virtya didn't want to check the other rooms as he walked out of the warehouse with the cohort because the workers in there could not do their job because of the pressure that Virtya's presence brought upon them, therefore, Virtya could only choose to walk out to give them a good working space.
"Well, everything is going on smoothly and I expect to start the construction of this plant this evening. For now, I wanna take Tanya to look around so that she could see how big Pollow is." Virtya said to the rest of the cohort and with this, Bogdan and some other officers of construction saw no need to follow Virtya around and it was only Alexander and the knights who decided to hang around Virtya and Tanya.
Virtya led the cohort past the cement plant and into the forest. Virtya was not going to go deeper in there because he only had a little time left before he get back to initiate the construction of the glass plant.
"Your majesty, I don't understand you sometimes. It is like you are two different people leaving in the same body. You are changing so quickly in that I can not keep up. Well... I know it might be rude to ask you this question but do you trust me?" Tanya asked in a slow voice. The horses were moving quickly and even if Tanya's voice was slow, it was also loud for Virtya to hear.
Tanya moved up and down as the horses jumped, her hair swayed by the brush of the wind which made Virtya to pause for a moment as he watched Tanya beside him.
Tanya was looking ahead and she couldn't notice Virtya's stare or she might have ignored it.
Virtya's heart palpitated. The Tanya in front of him was just like his crush who was his workmen in his previous life. Virtya could not look away as his eyes scanned her.
