Arielle's smile froze when he heard his words.

"You can go and prepare everything," Gerald said in a serious tone when he noticed that the waiter was still standing there. He knew that whatever Arielle said next wouldn't be a good thing and he didn't want anyone misunderstanding anything.

"Who is your sister? Do I have a brother like you? My mother only gave birth to my sister and I! My mother didn't have an illicit relationship with your father!" Arielle said coldly as she glared at the latter.

Although she had also wanted to say that her father didn't have any relation with his mother, she stopped herself as she didn't even know who her father was.

Gerald was dumbfounded when he heard her words as he wasn't expecting her to say such words.

He knew that she was angry but to say that? He massaged her temple as he tried to come down as he knew one wrong move and the latter wouldn't forgive him.
