Elder Lin, now in the physical figure of Artemis, moaned from the satisfaction of a hot bath as she freely relaxed herself.

It was as if the steam permeated her pores and pulled out the accumulated stress in her body.

Even in her supposed alone time, Artemis was not alone.

A shadow was slowly creeping up behind her!

The shadow had a human figure but what was even more striking was what it held in its hand — a knife.

As it got closer to Artemis, it clenched the knife in its hand tightly.

Lifting his hand to strike, Artemis opened her eyes immediately and caught a familiar face looking down at her.

She blinked several times in disbelief. This person blinked as well.

Her eyes turned toward his hand as she saw the knife, and then back to the person.

"Wang," she uttered. "What are you doing?"

Suddenly, Wang flashed her a wicked grin and immediately slashed horizontally with the knife in his hand.
