Inside the luxurious restaurant, Abraham found himself frozen in his seat. His gaze was unmoving for a moment while the mental gears inside his head went to a full stop after hearing the words of the white-haired dragoness.

Such words were something he expected to hear in the later part of their date, not in the restaurant where they had barely begun. And he envisioned to be the one saying it, not her. 

From the looks of it, he had underestimated the problem dragon before him. 

"You're as frank as the moment I met you, Laplace." He remarked while smiling at the white-haired dragoness. Remembering the honest and straightforward dragon from the early days was something he didn't expect to be so riddled with nostalgia.
