The theory

The terrorist attack in the empire had left more than nine million dead and millions injured; the empire's health services were saturated, humanitarian aid was completely overwhelmed, and refugees were received in the Hellenic nation by the thousands.

But the power vacuum was the worst; the army's top staff, the Pharaoh and the imperial family had all died in the same movement, and the empire was on the verge of collapse. The great admirals were on the war front, specifically Osiris; the next one on the power chart right now would take at least two weeks to arrive.

In the meeting room of the General Captaincy building on Elysium, Hephesto summoned the intelligence services and the high command on the planet. If the Hellenic nation were the victim of an attack of that magnitude, the war, the nation, and the future of humanity would be lost.
