After reaching some sort of understanding, Jethro and Ferdinand both seemed much more relaxed. Then, with a smile, Jethro said, "For the convenience of cooperation, it would be better for us to live closer. Is there a place for us to stay?"

Ferdinand appeared somewhat hesitant, as Jethro's visit was initially meant for him to stay together with Ferdinand. Of course, staying together was an exaggeration, but definitely, it could not be as far apart as before.

However, Ferdinand had intended to arrange for Jethro to be placed far away, but now, putting aside whether cooperation was achieved, what was crucial was that after Jethro had taken the lead between the two, the place Ferdinand had in mind for Jethro was no longer appropriate.

After hesitating for a moment, Ferdinand nodded and said, "There is a villa next to mine with eight bedrooms; you can stay in there. However… I'll have someone clean it up for you now."
