I love her

Sullivan planted a soft kiss on Dahlia's cheek, his arms wrapped securely around her from behind. His hand rested gently on her belly, his fingers tracing slow, comforting circles. "Lia, it's already evening," he murmured, his nose brushing against the soft curve of her neck.

Dahlia sighed contentedly, her smile growing as she leaned back into his embrace. "I don't know why I feel so at peace in your arms," she admitted, her voice a soft whisper. "It makes it impossible to leave this bed... though I do feel a bit sore," she added, a playful hint in her tone.

A small grin tugged at Sullivan's lips. "A hot bath will help with that," he replied. "I already asked the servants to prepare one for us." He slipped out of the bed, causing Dahlia to look over her shoulder as he moved. She slowly sat up, holding the sheet modestly around herself, her gaze following him as he brought over a soft robe. Gently, he helped her into it, securing the ties at her chest with care.
