To be honest, at his current strength, Arthur didn't care too much about them.

After all, compared to him who had the whole backing of the demon world behind him, Arthur couldn't see them in any way being his opponents, either now or in the distant future

In fact, apart from using them as a means of trying to find a way to the blue star, Arthur saw them more as a means of pastime

in this world where the gods couldn't descend, apart from those old monsters of eight or ninth order, it was hard for him to meet someone what his time

In Arthur's mind, these heroes would be used as a means to satiate his boredom while he grew his demon world and prepared for the return of gods

At least that was what was planned.

The only issue was that Arthur couldn't guarantee if he saw the heroes he would let them live long enough to do any of this
