"Sold?" Ari repeated, raising her head from the DNA report, her body turning rigid. The last thing she wanted to hear was that she had been sold off. 

"Yes, you are. There is no point in denying." 

"So you brought me here to do the dirty work of your mother?" Ari snarled angrily. 

Upon hearing her words, Ariel was not angry instead she smirked even more widely. "No, Sam is not the one who bought you. You know what Ari, I think you are too cheap to be sold off to a rich man. You deserve to become a whore of a man and that to the cheapest one." 

Ari's eyes hardened, and her hands turned pale because she was clutching them too hard. She breathed hard before saying, "That's some proud words from someone who has been living off after selling me."
