For different people, games have different meanings.
Some see gaming as redemption, the only light in this chaotic world, the ultimate form of human art.
Others see gaming as a disastrous flood and fierce beast, a spiritual opiate poisoning the minds of the world's fine youth, deserving burial in graves and subject to spit every now and then to quell the hatred in their hearts.
But for Monkey, gaming is the other half of life, a kind of faith. He is only complete with games; without them, he's just an evolved monkey, evolution being fairly thorough.
He could go without eating, without drinking water, without taking a wife and having children, but he couldn't go without gaming.
In the eyes of ordinary people, constantly fighting in an instance and desperately battling the demons in a scene might as well be like being at work or in prison.
But for Monkey, this is the utmost pleasure, where he could kill for three days and nights without getting tired.
