They didn't doubt the authenticity of the Sakura Shogun's identity since the Game AI won't allow impersonation in the live stream chat. A live stream viewer could only use a username that was related to them.

For example, Weiss could use the "World's Strongest" username but other live stream viewers couldn't. The exception was that if the username was related to them such as OverlordYama.

OverlordYama was neither the God Of Death nor an overlord. However, his "OverlordYama" was related to his other internet accounts so it was allowed.
