With a bloodied metal baseball bat in hand, Shiro Ayame slaughtered every zombie that obstructed her path. She was fortunate that there weren't many zombies that blocked her path or else even she would be helpless against hordes of zombies.
"Fortunately, the stats I have in the real world were reflected in the game world. Otherwise, if it was the same as the other players, it wouldn't have been easy for me to defeat these zombies."
Shiro Ayame breathed a sigh of relief as she killed the zombie in front of her. Taking a look at her stats in the player status, Shiro Ayame was pleased to see her stats.

'According to the game announcement in the player lobby, an F grade is the average stats of a healthy adult while an E grade is for those athletes.'
'Even if other players were to have the same stats as me, they can't fight zombies as easily as me since my martial arts techniques and fighting experience are at the top of this world. Although, with my brother's marksmanship, I'd still lose since his bullet is faster than my agility.'
When she thought about her brother, Ayame regretted not having him with her on this dangerous death game.
Otherwise, if they, the Shiro and Albus brother and sister, were to team up with each other in surviving this death game, other players would easily be defeated and the top 1 and top 2 placements would be secured.
"Sigh, I can't rely too much on my brother. I also have to be independent for once!"
"As long as I win this death game and obtain the rewards promised by the game, I wonder what my brother's expression will be when he discovers that I became stronger than him?"
Fantasizing the future where she surpassed her brother, Shiro Ayame became even more motivated to slaughter all the zombies that came her way!
She knew that even if she was considered a prodigy in martial arts whose talent was unmatched, her brother was still better than her.
Ayame was well aware that if not for her brother not wanting to overwhelm her with his monstrous talent, her brother wouldn't have just learned marksmanship but also martial arts.
With her brother's talent, there was almost nothing that he couldn't do as long as it was within human limits.
Furthermore, she changed her surname to her mother's surname just so that she would be differentiated from her brother and wouldn't be covered by his shadow.
Of course, she didn't have any malicious intent towards her brother, and at most, it was just sibling rivalry.
Currently, Ayame is fighting against the zombies in the school hallway. She had already descended from the third floor where her classroom was located and now, she was on the first floor of the school building.
Even if there were eight zombies on the first floor, it only took Ayame a minute to kill all of them as her footwork was skillfully used to avoid the attacks of those zombies.
The first floor was littered with zombie corpses whose heads were separated from their bodies. Zombie blood dyed the ground with black-colored blood.
Ayame made sure that the zombie blood didn't come into contact with her clothes and skin. She didn't know if the zombie blood was acidic or not, but she didn't want to take her chances.
The last thing she wanted was the zombie blood to enter her body orifices. It would be a joke if she was infected due to that instead of getting bitten by those zombies.
After taking a short break to recover her stamina, Ayame exited the school building.
What came to her view were zombies attacking the students and teachers. Even the principal was having trouble opening the door of his car and was besieged by those zombies and none of the students or teachers saved him.
'The principal's car key was dropped near his car. As long as defeat those zombies surrounding the principal's car are killed, I can steal the car key and drive the car out of the school.'
'However, I still need to ensure that those students and teachers don't gang up on me. They should also be after the principal's car since it's the car nearest to the school gate.'
Having that plan in mind, Ayame took a glance at the teachers and students outside the school buildings and a few of them were also looking at her. She determined that whoever killed the zombies around the principal's car and took the car key would be taken advantage of by the rest of the NPCs and players within the school.
When they saw Ayame, they shifted their attention to the zombie blood on her metal bat and that alone made them perceive Ayame as one of the biggest threats within the school.
After all, the school building behind Ayame didn't release any more zombies, indicating that Ayame had already dealt with most of the zombies on the first floor.
Ayame didn't know the players hidden among those NPCs but she had already decided to kill anyone that threatened her survival in this death game.
With her life on the line, Ayame wouldn't show any mercy to her competitors. Being kind to others was being cruel to oneself.
While Ayame was on the sidelines, waiting for an opportunity to snatch the car key, she heard the sound of gunshots.
Bullets perforated the heads of the zombies near the principal's car with great accuracy.
Afterward, the small figure of a twelve-year-old boy with black hair and blue eyes swooped in towards the principal's car, swiftly picking up the car key on the ground.
Before Ayame and the rest of them could sprint towards the car and steal it from the twelve-year-old boy, the twelve-year-old wielded two pistols in both of his hands and pointed them towards them.
"If you dared to move, I'll shoot all of your heads!"
