Vicious killer

'Fucked fucking fuck! This is just too much.' Still in flames, Max's eyes could not believe what they were seeing for the second time today. 'How can Evelyn do all these on her own... Wait, how did she turn so powerful! Is she actually a Gifted or a witch?'

But which one was more unbelievable: Max having the ability to think rationally inside crazy flames that were eating him alive or Evelyn doing something that even a skilled Blue Force could hardly do on his own, that is dealing with five Vampire Slaves all on her own?

As the fight kept going on, it took two minutes for red blood to start mixing with the flowing water beneath each of the five female Vampires, moving through the thick trees of the forest; they knew they were doomed; their Vampire Melanin was eating away as it was pushed to its limit of resistance.

The women screamed as every vessel and flesh in their bodies was torn into shreds by the spikes. Nevertheless, they were Vampire Slaves and that reason alone kept them alive.

Icy spikes continued falling down on them from the dark sky, but they were still not dying, infuriating little Evelyn.

The red flames grew wilder and bigger, rose higher and taller, followed by the sand rising and instantly covering them into wet molds. Soon following, the fire lastly crashed down on the battlefield to form a thick dome of red flames that brightfully lited the early night.

The forest was already on fire.

During that moment inside darkness, a tall, old looking grumpy woman was standing behind the trees and was looking at the scene with interest. She was wearing a white, soft robe that appeared heavier than its actual weight. Leaning on a "dry tree", she involuntarily hit her metallic stick on the dry ground when she saw Evelyn forming the dome of red flames.

"She has to run out of power." The woman said and hissed. Soon afterwards, the dome of flames died down to expose everything that happened inside it to the darkness of the moonless night.

Evelyn in her Black Skin was lying on the ground with innocent, open eyes, heaving and confused as to what actually happened; Max had fainted due to extreme pain; and lastly, the five women were standing still and unmoving like some carvings of a wonderful artist.

They had turned into molds but were still alive, always ready to do as per Evelyn's command — because they were covered by something non-living, the wet sand.

The old woman walked out of the forest. From the distance inside the dying drizzles, she waved her metallic stick for every flame to quench into obedient silence.

Evelyn had to sit down in alert before a later while, the woman said: "Don't worry Eve, it's me, Penelope. You did a good job."

And Evelyn frowned, she hated granny Penelope.

In a later time during the night, "Sir," the police officer who was among the private securities stationed inside Xim hospital's compound grimly called at the walking hatted man he just saw. "I like such confidence but where do you think you're going?" he asked authoritatively, enraged that strangely, the latter continued to walk like a deaf man who couldn't hear his call.

Flashed with the torch light but still, he kept on walking like a hitman on a mission. He was a 178cm tall man (70.079 inches tall) whom's no skin could the squinting police guard see. As he walked with focus, his silky gloves reflected the light of the torch light, and his knee-length coat floated in accord with the blowing wind of the quiet night.

The police officer leaned up from his chair which was located in the midsection of the hospital's compound. As he cautiously neared the black hatted man, he yelled saying, "I don't remember seeing you pass through the gate! So you better talk or I act!" He sounded very threatening and serious.

The man in black "obediently" stopped walking after hearing what the police officer said, as did the police officer. Intentionally tilting his head to the side, "You? Act? Really... Can you?" The man in vicious black challenged as he calmly crossed his arms behind him.

In response, the police officer refused to say anything. Rather, he took out his black pistol and leveled it at the man with the most dangerous posture any police officer could assume. "My anger is bad... Who are you?" he asked. Although he was naturally very bold, he felt like keeping the gun and running away.

His mind screamed:

Just run!

Run!

RUN!!

RUN!!!

After the question landed, several other powerful torch lights flashed at the man that physiologically and physically looked like a sole creation of darkness. Nine guns followed cooking in unison, ready to be fired at him.

"It's an order by Mr Xim, and you can choose between the two: Stay where you are and explain yourself in peace or you'll die in making any silent step forward. So freeze."

The traitor smiled as the double sounds of his shoes, contacting the floor, teased the security men.

"Don't take any steps again!" One of the securities added in a loud voice.

There inside one of the emergency rooms of the hospital, Evelyn heard the man's high pitched voice giving out the order. She rubbed her sleepy eyes, and walked to the nearest window to see what was going on.

Pushing the curtains to the side as she yawned, Evelyn saw a man in black looking in the direction of a certain police man she very much knew: "Brooks..." she murmured, confused.

The man in black said: "Masters don't take commands." He then continued walking.

"Don't move!" One of them shouted again.

Brooks the policeman flickered his head to the side, readied his fingers for this rare-best moment, and immediately ordered: "Fire him!"

Evelyn closed her eyes to not see this murderous scene. Nevertheless, she peeked through her fingers to see:

To see:

Gunshots after gun shots strategically being shooted without any of the bullets touching the securities, nor their target. Totally ironic. She gasped loudly in shock that the patient inside the room looked at her direction questioningly.

Back there outside, the hospital was truly filled with the sounds of gunshots as if a war was holding, as if the hospital's compound was a war field.

All of the shootings, however, were useless in terms of convincing terms because their target could quickly and reflexively move in between them. He didn't just move at a speed faster than those bullets could, but he also redirected where all of them should go, where he wanted them to go.

"Oh my..." Evelyn whispered. She couldn't blink even for once as she stared in awe until she saw:

"Something UNBELIEVABLE!"

"WHO'S THIS GUY!"

"Just give it out more: FIREEEE!!!"

The more the fire, the less challenging the man in black took the situation, the more he redirected the bullets, the more he dodged in zigzags until in less than five seconds, everything ended.

Blood.

Blood.

Splattered, trickling, thick blood.

Evelyn had quiet tears. She regretted witnessing such a cruel end of Brooks the police man whose head presently has departed his thorax, rolling on the floor like a basket ball and hitting his chair to stop rolling.

It was a horrible sight for her to behold.

Traumatic and cruel sight for her age.

Silence was reinstalled in the hospital's compound and beheaded bodies were everywhere. None of the security men survived except one of them who was shivering out of fear as he stared at cause of the supernatural turn of events.

The merciless, vicious killer said as he dismissed his sword into his Vampire System, "Human." He paused. "Live and by all chance, warn those you might see in my way, that I'm the only master to act. Then. Always. Forever."

Then, the blue iris of the vicious killer looked straight into the eyes of Evelyn. His grim expression never changed behind the black scarf covering his lower face as he started walking towards the entrance door of the infamous Xim hospital. . .

• Can a sword ever kill anybody? It is just a tool, but in the right killer's hand facing an army, it tells you what can “word” when starting with “s” does.
