Spending Time with Family (Part 8)

Harry, Ginny, Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred, George, Molly, Arthur and Ron all stared at me and fleur. I was used to the gazes and just looked back at them, somewhat defiantly. My wife however was a little shy and got closer to me, becoming uncomfortable from their gazes. The moment dragged on for several seconds until Gabrielle leapt out of her chair and ran up to us, grasping both of us in a hug.

"It is so good to see you sister!" 

She was almost a spitting image of Fleur except for the orange eyes that she exhibited, her aura one of a fairly powerful mage from the Harry Potter Universe. She could be equivalent to Hermione in magical power with some training.

Apolline Delacour and Devestro Delacour soon came out from one of the spatial zones, their looks very close to their daughters as their mother was marginally more imperial-looking, with hair net set in her hair and some small layers of makeup getting rid of the errant wrinkle that would usually start to stick out on older women. Looking over at Gabrielle and Fleur Apolline became excited, her grace lost for genuine happiness as she raced over and embraced her daughters. At the same time Devestro walked over, his features gaunt and his figure lithe. He had a majestic blonde moustache that hung just below his leathery lips. I noticed that his eyes were coloured like amethysts as he scanned my appearance. It wasn't even in an appreciation of me, just a simple glance that summed me up in his eyes.

"Fleur... We haven't spoken in so long... What has been keeping you child? Me and your father have missed your presence very much."

"Oh mama, do not fret... I have just been learning magic and power from a reclusive woman. I have learnt much... Ah, also, I have gained a wife." 

With that last part she squeezed up to me even tighter. Devestro and Apolline turned towards me, their eyes aglow as they attempted to scan me for power. Now, in this scenario I had two choices... ONE: I let them sense and choose to show nothing or even just a little... A drama could ensue where they ask for her to marry someone else. TWO: I showcase my power and blow everyone's minds. 

To be honest I liked the second choice. Therefor I chose it.

"If you wish to see if I have magic, let me show you a fraction." 

Dumbledore got somewhat closer, his own magic sensory spells going out. As if to measure my power in comparison to his own. This would be funny. In a single moment my dress exploded out into black and gold sparkles, coalescing onto my skin in a fraction of a second, my form now clung to by an intense set of Sci-Fi armour. As confusion began to spring from everyone's faces I let 1/100,000,000th of my Mana out. This amount was still enough to squash Terra in a single press. 

Incredulity and horror expanded to everyone's faces as my power was enough to kill all of them in less than a nano-second. Technically, even then, time was something that was inconsequential to me and only worked on me because I allowed it to and wanted it to. Fleur just looked at me and shook her head, exasperated at my show off nature. Feeling her gaze jutting into the side of my head I suppressed my aura and absorbed it into myself, Apocalypse forming back into the same dress I had arrived in.

Apolline and Devestro were flushed bright red as they were right in front of me when I had done my little display, their understanding of my power being much more concise than most within this gathering. 

Harry and Ginny were also unsurprised by my display, Harry having been taught by Yao and Ginny having been transferred over soon after Harry did. I gave a small wink to the 'chosen one' and found him laughing into his wine, Ginny holding back some chuckles also as she was used to obscene auras... Yao being who she was...

"So you have, married my daughter?" 

Fleur's mother was weary but also secretly excited, her care for the genders being zero. She was of a species that could mate with whatever gender they wanted to and thus to her and the family she comes from these things were inconsequential. Devestro seemed to be the same as he attempted to hide a smile from all of us.

"Yes."

"Good. I wish to see Grandkids soon, okay?" 

Gabrielle laughed and pulled back from Fleur and I, the energetic woman smiling vibrantly at both of us as she turned to Ron.

"Come Ron! We have two weddings to celebrate...!" 

Ron instantly got up, walking over in his family's clothing. It really was old and shit, personally I wouldn't even agree to go anywhere near it, let alone putting it on. He winced as i noticed, every one noticed. Molly laughed off to the side as Arthur gave a thumbs up in support.

'Family... So lovely and yet sometimes so torturous.' 

"Let me help you with that, I can see it is a bit uncomfortable." 

With a wave of my hand the tux and remaining clothing on him was replaced by a sleek modern suit, made from graphene fibres and diamonds from Mercury. Yeah, he was now wearing 200,000 Million Dollars worth of clothing. Hexagonal patterns of silver and white mixed with the obsidian shades of the graphene weave making him seem very dashing and refined. Gabrielle approved as she practically jumped onto him and began to inspect every angle. 

"Th-ank you...!"

His voice was strained as he held back his wifey, her energy way stronger than Fleurs, which was saying something... Heh. Fleur caught that thought and lightly slapped my ass, hiding it by moving at the speed of light. The sound didn't even get out as she used a localised silence spell that surrounded my butt. Orchestral music began to play as several goblins hoisted violins to shoulder. Piano kicked in soon after as wind instruments played by themselves, the maestro conducting them as well as the performance itself.

From there the party continued on like before, many people talking with one another and coming to see the married couples. Ron and Gabrielle, me and Fleur. It was tiring to see so many people but Fleur kept me going as she offered me whiskeys and champagne. It wasn't until later into the party that Sirius Black popped up, the man dressed in a purely black velvet dress shirt and leggings. Wand was strapped to the side of his hip as he walked up to Harry and Ginny, who were currently talking to Strange... Who had somehow turned up without me noticing...

'Little fucker...'

They hugged and greeted one another, Strange also giving the man a handshake as his red robes flexed out behind him. It was probably ensuring that it didn't touch anyone who wasn't Strange. Fleur and I were sitting nearby so I could hear them all clearly, my senses piercing into multiple dimensions in this single fraction of time.

"How have you been Sirius?"

"Not bad Harry, better since Emelia got rid of that Voldemort and Death Eaters... Have you heard from her of late?"

"In fact, she is here... Look, over there..." 

I waved at this exact moment, everyone over there becoming unsettled at my casual wave. Fleur smiled at me whilst playfully smacking my arm, as if to say 'stop it'. Unexpectedly Strange paled and walked over immediately, his face showing intense respect.

"I am sorry that I did not show respect to you, Sorceress Supreme..."

I blinked slowly at him before sighing. He was supposed to take over that position but it seemed with my power I had just inherited it. I dropped my hand onto his shoulder and smiled at him, sweat trickling down his face somewhat. Harry and Sirius became a little concerned as they hung back behind him.

"Don't be silly Strange. Just because I am a leader and sorceress does not make you need to treat me like a king or queen... We are colleagues and therefor do not need such formalities, kay?"

His expression eased somewhat as his cape returned to normal, its appearance having shifted to rigidity as it prepared for imminent immolation. I let go of his shoulder and offered him a seat, pouring him a drink of whiskey, which he gladly accepted. Sitting down he nodded towards Fleur, recognising her as Yao's newest student... AT least to his perception, it had been a while since he had last been in Kamar Taj.

Sirius walked up next smiling widely as he extended out his hand. Harry was beside him along with Ginny who was watching on in curiosity.

"Sup Sirius, haven't seen you since I beat the shit out of Captain Britain."

"Whoever that was, i don't know, but anyway... Thank you for your help in covering up the magic world in a sense."

"I didn't, its just that most of Humanity has gained magic and doesn't give a shit about some people who act like Amish people."

Sirius laughed uproariously, elements of his Animagus form's mannerisms transmitting even in his human form. Harry was a little surprised about something though.

"What do you mean everyone has magic?"

"I mean... Humans have all evolved and are capable of using magic... In fact, we have made so much advances that we are now exploring space and the stars."

"Wait, what Yao said about the other planets was real...?"

"Yep. I've been to some of them. Its really fun. Anyway, you remind me, I should really deal with the magical stuff on Terra."

Fleur gulped down her whiskey as I said that, her emotions clearly displaying to me. She was feeling fear on behalf of the wizarding world.

"Fleur, I am not a killer. They are not Tyranids. I will simply give them the option to bend the knee to the Veritas Imperium or get conquered..."

Strange smiled as he continued to drink his whiskey. Apparently he was very patriotic to the Veritas Imperium...

"Um...Conquer? Make them kneel?"

Harry was most confused.

"Yes. There are valid reasons I assure you..."

Silence overcame the conversation in seconds as they tried to understand what I was speaking about.

'It is so tiring being around dull fuck heads...'

"Potter, she means that the Veritas Imperium will take over the discordant and disgusting mess that is our Mageocracy. Be happier about it." Draco Malfoy stepped in and showed his instant support for my stance, the usually annoying face being completely emotionless at this time.

'Oh shit. Someone has brains.'
