Chapter 71: Purple Experience Book?

"Oh? That means we don't have to go looking for the Flame Flower?"

Nolan's face showed a surprised expression.

"You could say that. I'm confident about this." Sucrose nodded slightly as she replied.

"That's great then. In that case, going forward we just need berries and then we can head back. Oh right, and the Electro Crystals for the Electro potion!"

Nolan said, sounding pleasantly surprised.

"Mm!"

Sucrose pushed up her round half-frame glasses. Her fair face revealed a smile as she gave a definite nod.

"Look, the Ley Line Blossom emerged."

Amber patted Nolan's shoulder with her left hand, then pointed to where the ley line overflow was earlier with her right hand.

A bud of green flower bud emerged from below the ground.

The three approached, looking at it with some curiosity.

Nolan felt its appearance looked just like a normal plant rhizome that had sprouted a bud directly. Aside from emerging from underground, there didn't seem anything too unique about it.

"Let's make it bloom, and see how much ley line energy it releases!"

Each Blossoms of Revelation released varying amounts of energy, some more, some less. It was uncertain.

The hair ties on Amber's bunny ears swayed slightly as she took out a crescent-shaped chunk of original resin to touch the Ley Line Blossom.

Original resin was a crescent crystal brimming with energy, able to unblock ley lines and allow Ley Line Blossoms connected to them to smoothly refine and release the energy within.

Nolan was a bit curious, watching her actions.

"Um, please wait!"

Seeing Amber's actions, Sucrose called out anxiously.

"What's wrong?" Amber turned back to look at Sucrose, puzzled.

"Well, I want a few tissue fragments from the Blossoms of Revelation"

Seeing that Amber hadn't touched the Original Resin to the Blossoms of Revelation yet, she breathed a sigh of relief and explained.

"Ah, I see."

Amber nodded her head up and down, as Sucrose seemed to have mentioned this to her earlier but almost forgot.

Sucrose faced them and pushed up her glasses, saying:

"Mister Adventurer, please help cut off a leaf from the Ley Line Blossom. You don't need much, a small piece will do."

"No problem, that's easy." Nolan smiled and said.

Nolan took out his dull blade. Stepping forward slightly, he held a leaf of the Ley Line Blossom in one hand and swung the blade down with the other.

Rip! A thick green leaf was cut off.

The dull blade wasn't truly edgeless(dull). Cutting off a leaf was very easy.

A drop of green sap flowed from the cut on the leaf piece and the Blossoms of Revelation, then dissipated into some kind of energy before it even hit the ground, which was quite mystical.

After handing the thick leaf to Sucrose to store away, Amber placed the original resin onto the Ley Line Blossom on the other side.

Visibly absorbed in, the bud then bloomed, releasing clusters of purple energy that could strengthen the body and increase one's strength. Just like the purple adventure books from the game.

"Come closer, everyone!"

The three squeezed together slightly. The purple energy clusters collided with them, making their bodies feel lighter. The process was brief, so quick they barely noticed the Ley Line Blossom dissipating.

Yet everyone's strength had definitively grown stronger.

Nolan looked at his level, which had increased from level twenty to a little over twenty-one.

The Blossoms of Revelation they encountered this time brought out a magical energy equivalent to over two thousand three hundred Adventure EXP.

It felt pretty good.

Moreover, this was split among three people. If one person monopolized it all, it would be at least around 7000.

Comparable to defeating over a dozen Ruin Guards he had beaten before. If they encounter this a few more times, wouldn't their strength keep skyrocketing?

Though that's the case, in reality, there's no game map in Teyvat. Where ley line overflows would appear was completely unpredictable.

Indeed, as she said, in terms of familiarity with the geographical environment of Mondstadt, probably no one knows it better than her.

"Let's go. I'll bring you to find berries first."

Amber lowered her crossed arms and led the two to gather the materials they needed.

Her legs stepped lightly in the white over-knee boots. The swaying tips of her deep brown long hair trailing down her back gently caressed the snowy white thighs revealed under her hotpants.

I wondered if the skin on Amber's thighs would feel ticklish?

Nolan and Sucrose followed her footsteps. While Sucrose's eyes carried a thoughtful expression, probably already thinking about how to research the Blossoms of Revelation.
