A Reason To Be With You

Kylie flinched slightly when she heard Damian's sudden words to her at a time like this.

"What did you say?" she asked trying to make sure what she heard wasn't wrong.

"Marry me, Kylie. Do you want to?" Damian asked again.

When she heard it a second time, Kylie touched his cheek. "Damian..."

She immediately pinched him so hard that it caused him pain. "What the hell was that?! Why are you suddenly asking me to marry you, huh? You think it's a toy you can just say out of the blue?!"

"Ouch ouch, that hurts. You love to hurt your own lover?" Damian said, removing Kylie's hand from his face. "I'm not playing games. I really want you to be my wife someday."

Kylie fell silent as soon as she heard that. Damian did want her, and he was actually waiting for the right moment. He told Kylie that as a promise and proof that one day he would say it.
