Something Weird, What Is It?

"Lucas, come on, wake up. It's time for breakfast, grandma made pancakes for you," said a man who was waking up his sleeping grandson.

"Mnn... Still sleepy."

"I know you're still sleepy, but you have to go to school. Come on, get up."

Nick lifted his grandson's body from the bed and set him down. Lucas walked sleepily out of the room, while Nick made Lucas' bed. He felt like he was waking up William as a child. He was so hard to wake up, that trait had rubbed off on Lucas too.

"Like father, like son." He chuckled and caught up with Lucas after making Lucas' bed.

"Grandma, Grandpa said there were pancakes..." the boy said as he yawned and rubbed his eyes.

"Yes, there are. I made them especially for you. Pancakes with cream and berries, you'll love them," said Hannah.

Lucas climbed into his chair and then, still sleepy, he ate the pancakes. Hannah and Nick sat and ate their pancakes.
