For now, he had disguised himself as John Wick, blending in with the busy, sharp-dressed New Yorkers. That handsome face of Keanu Reeves was more than enough for anyone to consider him an American and even turn a few heads towards him, Magical and Muggle crowd alike. His long black coat and stern expression made him appear just like any other stranger in the city. Orion's first task was to gather information about the situation around here. Finding Eric gonna be hard, he knew that, he alone definitely couldn't do it, he needed help, help from someone who knew the place and had an information network.
But he knew better than to openly ask around. America had strict rules about unauthorized wizards, and the last thing he needed was to be caught. He gonna tell them, he is from the future, and not even 18 years old but is able to destroy entire nations… Yeah right!
He scanned the crowds, looking for any sign of magical activity, thanks to the mixture of both Muggle and Magical populace here he often finds magical walking beside muggles in the streets, but even then he can't just ask them outright. He had to find someone who didn't suspect him.
He approached a few individuals, but none gave him any useful information. Even normal ideal talk with them is almost impossible seeing how none of them seems to have time to talk with a stranger, let alone have extensive talk with them to actually gather any worthwhile info. They either shrugged him off or seemed confused, and he couldn't risk pushing further without drawing attention to himself.
Hours passed, and Orion grew frustrated. It seemed like the magical community in America was either extremely busy today or none was willing to talk to a stranger like him. After realizing he wasn't going to find anyone who wouldn't report him, he decided it was time to change tactics.
For the time being he planned to just rest, and find a place to stay in, it was almost night. He didn't have the American Dollars, though simply conjuring some out of thin air wasn't hard for him.
As he was looking for a place to say he soon saw a few children moving around the streets with a board in their hands.
"Donation ?" Orion blinks in confusion.
'Donation, for what exactly.' Interested he decided to go to the two girls of around 11 and 13 years, he wasn't that far apart from them in age but right now he was in disguise so he acted not like a teenager but a proper man.
"For what you need Donation for ?" Orion asked, seeing the girls actively asking around for donations from the pedestrians.
"It's to preserve our Orphanage sir." one of the girls replied in clear American accents. Orion knew this accent well thanks to his being a Movie junky in his previous life. But after this many years of staying in Britain, this suddenly felt strange to him.
A little smile appeared on his face, regarding how much he had changed from where he started.
"I see, well why not. Here take this." Orion put his hands inside his coat and suddenly magic rolled out of his body, this was the Law of Matter. After getting this particular magic from Morgana, he didn't train much in it, but he himself was trying to master this Law for a long time, and doing this much was no issue for him.
As soon as his hands got out of his coat, a stack of bills was seen by both the girls, and their eyes widened to extreme proportions. Maybe it was their first time seeing this much money in their life.
Orion was about to hand over the money but then he looked at them and paused, 'Of course, what I am thinking, handing over this much money to these kids. I better hand this over to the one running the Orphanage.' Orion berated himself and then smiled again.
"Come on, tell me where your Orphanage is, let hand this money there, and by the way, let's do some shopping before we do that shall we." Orion smiled and said to the two girls who were looking at him with astonishment in their eyes.

Orion walked down the bustling streets with bags in both hands, filled to the brim with food, clothes, and toys for the children at the orphanage. He had made a plan to help the kids there, mainly because he could relate with them and why not, it's not right he had nothing else to do right besides find a place to stay, that will be easy enough.
After visiting the shops, he had bought everything he could think of—warm clothes for the winter, delicious treats, and even some books to keep the children entertained.
As he arrived at the orphanage which was actually a church building he wasn't expecting this, the two young girls who had accompanied him looked up at him with wide eyes. They couldn't believe how much he had bought. They hurried ahead of him and pushed open the door, excitedly calling out for their adoptive mother.
"Mother, look!" Chastity exclaimed as she ran to Mary. Orion just learn the names of the two girls accompanying him and there adaptive mother who apparently run the Orphanage and the Church.
Mary Lou, a stern-looking woman with sharp eyes, glanced at the stranger standing in her doorway. She quickly looked at both her daughters, her voice firm. "What's going on here? Who is this man?"
Modesty, the younger of the two, tugged on her mother's sleeve. "His name is John Wick, and he's here to help us, Mother. He saw we needed donations."
Mary Lou's eyes narrowed slightly as she looked at Orion, unsure of his intentions. "Thank you Mr Wick for your help but, may I asked why you want to do this ?" she asked, Orion really wasn't sure what that question meant, can't a man help children when he saw one. But knowing that this was different times he was in he just smile.
Orion, keeping his calm, nodded and introduced himself. "My name is John Wick," he said, using the alias he had chosen. "I happened to see Chastity and Modesty out looking for donations, and it seemed like the orphanage could use some help. So, I decided to bring what I could—clothes, food, and a few things for the kids.
You see I too was an Orphan while growing up, so I just wanted to help them." Orion reply, making sure that he tell her that he has no hidden motives.
Mary Lou's expression softened slightly, though she still looked wary. "That's very generous of you," she said, glancing at the bags. "We don't get much support here, so this will be appreciated."
Orion gave her a reassuring nod. "I just wanted to help. The children deserve better, and this should make things a little easier."
Mary Lou hesitated, but seeing the excitement in her daughters' eyes, she nodded in thanks. "Very well, then. Thank you, Mr. Wick."
"Oh by the way here. Take this… a little funds to run the place." Orion didn't directly just hand over the money, he had them on an envelope, not trying to flaunt the money in front of others.
What Merlin told him once was indeed right, there will be a time when money will lose much value to him, and why not when he can just simply can conjure it out of thin air, this magic being Law of Matter, its permanent as well.
The woman look far more delighted to see the money, and maybe she couldn't hold herself back from opening to sneak a look at the envelop seeing how bulging it was, that she immediately look inside the envelope when Orion's turn back to both of her adoptive daughters.
How Orion knew that they were adopted, well its an orphanage for a reason and they themselves told him.
