Chapter 148 : Flash Back 4

(Flash Back Continue)

Harry Potter was getting dark and surprisingly no one could notice. The reason was unknown to even Harry. Harry although naive and young knew that the kind of power he was getting through the rituals and black magic was strange.

Usually, there should be a lingering trance of black magic on him, there should be some kind of emotional change as well. The change in one attitude, confidence and ambitions are the early symptoms of coming into contact with dark magic. 

But Harry wasn't facing that problem. It was strange but right now when Harry needed power, for him there could be nothing better. 

It was in the 6th year when Harry left Hogwarts. He never went back there in the first place. He had more important things to do. 

That was also the year (1997) when a sudden news broke the entire wizarding world. Dumbledore died, well more like killed and the person who killed him was none other than...

Harry Potter.

Thanks to having access to Voldemort's Memories, he delves deeper into dark magic. 

Dangerous rituals, blood sacrifice, and even killing death eaters to offer their souls and improve their power. Harry did everything.

To even his surprise, the was getting too strong, too fast. This was of course desirable but not common. This happens when someone's affinity for dark magic is high but even when compared to Voldemort, the best person when it comes to dark magic, Harry's growth was astronomical. 

He knew that Harry had Voldemort memories, no one gets this strong this fast as Harry has come. There was something going on here. Something which was beyond his understanding. 

But he kept on going, there was no stopping for him, after all this worked, his determination to get strong and even delve so deep into dark magic was for his revenge. 

To find and kill both Bellatrix and Voldemort. For killing his parents, for the crappy life, Harry lives because of Voldemort and lastly because of Hermione. 

So he accepts the power in front of him. Even after not knowing what it will cost, becuase he has to do this. He is the only one who can do this. 

But that wasn't enough, even after improving faster than anyone else, he was no match for Voldemort. He wasn't strong enough. 

An entire year went by just training, getting strong, hunting death eaters and indulging more and more in dark magic. And yet Harry found himself weak. Not anywhere strong enough to beat Voldemort. Not to mention there was also the fact that killing Voldemort in the normal way was not possible. He has to find all the Horcruces before that.

It was on one of these hunts that Dumbledore found him, there was much disappointment and nagging but the reason Dumbledore found Harry wasn't to berate him. Becuase even after this long time, Dumbledore couldn't sense any dark magic from Harry. He felt no corruption coming out of Harry. But now he knew that Harry was using dark magic.

This made him ponder on what was going on, but that didn't matter for him right now. He was already dying. He doesn't have much time and thus he has to help Harry find other Horcruxes. 

From there the same thing happens as in the movies, both Dumbledore and Harry go on to find another Horcrux but ended finding nothing. But it rather increases Dumbledore's dying rate. 

Back to Hogwarts, they found that somehow death eaters invaded the Hogwarts castle. And this was again the time when the story changed from what it should have been. 

It was not Snape who killed Dumbledore but it was Harry Potter. 

But that is what the entire world knows, the reality was much different. After all, it was Dumbledore himself who asked Harry to do so. 

Why?

If Harry really wanted to kill Voldemort then he needed much more power than he had currently, the kind of power which the Elder Wand can give him, but currently, the ownership of the Elder Wand lies with Dumbledore and without defeating him, Harry couldn't take the wand from him.

Now a Harry with a pure heart and heroic soul wouldn't do something like that right?

Well that Harry was long gone, he killed Dumbledore and after snatching the elder wand, ran away. To get stronger and to get his revenge.

That how the story turn out, that how this world was different. From this point onwards, Harry Potter walk a totally different path. A path where no one was on his side.

Hunting dead eaters, killing and involving into much darker magic. Harry stayed in shadow's and grow stronger. His only goal was to get stronger and killing Voldemort.
