After finishing, Nan Feng casually performed a few yoga poses: "How about this, Mrs. Huang, you practice half an hour daily, each pose sustaining for a quarter of an hour. Keep this up for a year, and you are sure to see results."
Though these movements were easy for Nan Feng, they were challenging for Mrs. Huang. She couldn't perform downward dog, or wheel pose, not even able to cross her legs in simple meditation pose.
The more Mrs. Huang struggled, the more Nan Feng encouraged her, "Why can I do it, and you can't? It means your body's meridians are locked up. You need to relieve this daily, by cultivating incremental improvements every single day."
By the time Nan Feng left, Mrs. Huang was still vigorously attempting the "Single-Legged Seated Forward Bend" from the yoga sequence. No matter how hard she tried, she just couldn't manage to squat with one leg while keeping the other straight.

Nan Feng then visited Mr. Long San's mansion.
