As the words "Resurrecting Host body!" echoed through the darkness, a surge of energy enveloped me, lifting me from the ground.

The sensation was strange, as if my very essence was being pulled and stretched.

Suddenly, I felt a no ground beneath my feet, and a blinding light flooded my vision.

'So, I am back.' (Alex)

Blinking rapidly, I found myself still hanging in a familiar place, the room where I had last encountered Barska.

But something was different.

The pain that had consumed me moments ago was gone, replaced by a strange numbness.

Carefully, I reached up to touch my face, expecting to feel my missing eye, but my fingers didn't met intact skin.

'Fuck it,' I thought.

I figured being resurrected meant my whole missing eye would come back, but no such luck.

My left eye is still missing.
