Chapter 46. Doflamingo intercepted

"you've grown stronger Law" Trebol said as he looked at the bloody cut on his chest.

Law didn't answer. He didn't want to remember his painful past that was interwined with the Donquixote pirates.

Nami and violet fought but for some reason Nami felt that Violet didn't have killing intent... Nor any real intent to fight, although her attacks were powerful.

Nami didn't fully attack either, instead it was more like a spar that was offensive enough that others couldn't blame them for anything.

The fight had broken out for less then a minute before the wall was destroyed once again as Lao G was blown right through it, and landed between Nami and Violet.

Violet she just stared at Lao G with awe, as her eyes widened. The fight between the Demon Ace Pirates And Donquixote pirates seemed to go unexpectedly. It hasn't been that long since the fight had started yet Lao G had already been defeated?

Lao G was no pushover.

Suddenly many Donquixote army soldiers fell down dead as Ronaldino Ronaldo stood ontop of one of the walls as he shot down enemies and supported his crewmates.

This seemed to start the fight again.

Outside the castle, JoJo was on the defensive from the big stone arms that came out from the ground as they attacked him.

Whenever JoJo destroyed those stone arms with his gigantic hammer, they would regrow.

Bonney fought while asking about pizzas. She didn't want to finish the fight before she was sure that there were no pizzas here.

As for Yennow, he deflected most bullets that were shot at him by Baby 5. She seemed to have eaten a devil fruit which gave her the abilities to turn her body and limbs into different weapons, making her a hard opponent for Yennow.

They fought to a stand still as he deflected her attacks and whenever he attacked back with a sword slash, or a kick or a punch, he body turned into a durable weapon that took his attack head on without damage, then she countered with dangerous bullets of her own.

Yennow found her annoying so he brought the fight to Ronaldino Ronaldo.

Baby 5 realised what had happened as Yennow escaped the scene, leaving her Infront of Ronaldino Ronaldo.

They stared at eachother, suddenly Ronaldo picked up his comb to come his mustache, he had to make sure to fight with style.

"I have to admit, you're as strong as you're beautiful." Ronaldo said, as his eyes and mustache glowed in the sunlight.

Baby 5 took a step back as if she had been shot through the heart as her eyes widened.

"But don't worry, I won't let that affect me, I'll get you sooner or later." Ronaldo said as he got ready to fight.

'Get me??? Does he want me???' She took another step backwards in pure shock.

"Hoho, don't tell me you're about to escape, no, I'll never let you go!" Ronaldo saw how she took multiple steps back and believed that she wanted to escape.

"..." She lost the colour on her face.

Ronaldo noticed this and thought that she was afraid.

"Ah, don't be afraid, I'll make this a day you'll never forget!" Ronaldo said as his courage got bigger.

"Never forget??!" She shouted. 'is he... About to propose?' she thought. This might be... What she had waited for her whole life, someone that needs her.

Feeling like his words got to her, he felt like he needs to use even stronger words. Unaware that Baby 5 had a rough childhood. She was thrown away by her mother and called useless. So she grew up with a painful need to be needed and appreciated by others.

"I need you..." Ronaldo started his sentence as he posed. But before he could finish his sentence with "to die" he got interrupted by her heartfelt shout.

"YES YES YES, I ACCEPT!" She shouted so loudly that everyone stopped their fighting and looked at her.

Ronaldo was stomped as he tilted his head not understanding what's going on.

"Don't play stupid, you told me that I'm beautiful and that you'll get me, and that you'll give me a day I'll never forget, and that you want me, isn't it obvious you're proposing, aren't you?" She said the obvious, making Ronaldino Ronaldo stumble back.

"Fine, if you want me that bad, then I'll give up everything for you!" She cried out.

Ronaldo's eyes widened.

"BECAUSE YOU NEED ME, DON'T YOU?" She shouted with a blush and tears. She finally got her dream fulfilled, of being needed by someone.

"..." Everyone stared at the two not understanding what's going on.

Even Ronaldo seemed confused.

"Yes?" He answered in askance.

To his response, she started crying as she flew into his embrace.

Flame Emperor Ace felt Doflamingo nearing in full speed, so he picked up a fist sized stone from the ground and used hardening Haki on it.

Ace calculated the trajectory that Doflamingo would pass and his speed.

He stared at a certain direction in the sky above some of the buildings as he counted the seconds before threw the stone with his full power.

As for Doflamingo, he was making his way back to the castle in hurry and then suddenly, when he was above some buildings, a stone appeared In front of him.

It was so fast that he couldn't react and his face collided with the stone. With the speed he was traveling and the speed of the Haki infused stone, Doflamingos was blasted towards one of the buildings.

The the people in the streets just heard a big explosion above the buildings and saw one of the buildings being blown into pieces.

They saw neither the stone nor Doflamingo as both were moving to fast.

"Ah, I successfully intercepted him, how lucky." Ace commented to himself.

Soon, form the rubble, Doflamingo stood up, he had his typical evil grin but his forehead was full of veins ready to pop. His lip was bleeding as well.

That stone was infused with haki, and he felt it.

Everyone could tell that he was pissed, and it took a good few seconds before everyone realised who he was, that's when panic spread.

Everyone stared fleeing the scene in fright, women, children, dogs and even the toys.

Doflamingo looked around trying to figure out what happened, that's when he spotted Ace, the super rookie that had shaken the world by killing a world noble.

It must have been HIM, there's no one else on this island that has the guts to do something like this, except for HIM, the madman that started a war on the world government.

Ace met Doflamingos gaze and smiled. But his fighting will was clear in his eyes.

It was as if his whole body was shouting for battle.
