Chapter 21. It wasn't me!

Ace stood at the forefront of the black pearl and looking ahead.

At the forefront of the ship was a perfect little place where he could stand right behind the figure head.

Black Pearl's figurehead is a female angel holding onto a dove.

A smile graces Ace's lips as he saw land in the distance, so he jumped up on top the board.

Seing his crew mates all hurry to prepare for land, put a wider smile on his lips.

"Land ahoy!" Ace shouted happily.

"Captain how long will we stay here?" Yennow asked.

"Let's restock then stay until I find my next crewmate!" Ace shouted happily. He felt like he wanted another crewmate but he was worried that it would be hard finding a strong one, so a useful one would have to suffice.

His words made all his crewmates smile eerily as if they couldn't wait, until the evil called Demon Ace would befall another person.

As they reached the shore, Ace was the first to jump off. He looked around the shore to see if there were other pirate ships here but he saw nothing of importance.

Just as he was about to continue his way and adventure a bit, he found something odd by his ship. He walked closer to the water and looked down and saw that underneath the water was a yellow submarine.

"Ohh this is going to be interesting!" Ace said to himself. He turned around and started seeking out any strong haki signatures with his observation haki, and he found one that seemed stronger than his crewmates.

Ace chuckled and started jogging towards the location he felt the strong presence.

After running for a while, he finally saw the backside of a young man wearing a yellow hoodie with black sleeves. He was also wearing a weird fur hat.

Seing him confirmed Ace's suspicions, which made him super happy, so happy that he ran even faster towards the man he had figured was Trafalgar D. Water Law. Someone he wanted in his crew for a long time.

So finding him out of pure coincidence really made Ace joyful to the point that he acted without thinking, wanting to catch Law before he lost sight of him.

As for Law, he was walking with his close aide and navigator, Bepo, a white bear mink.

Suddenly both of them heard the fast footsteps closing in towards them from behind, both turn back and before they could react, a man in an open pink shirt crashed right into Law, blasting both of them right through the closest building.

But it didn't stop there, the two blasted through multiple buildings, creating large holes through them all.

When Ace came to realise what he had done, he was under the rubble.

He heard the shouting of angry store owners and building owners as they asked for the person that destroyed their building.

Ace didn't want any problems, he was the type of person that never searched for things such as problems, so he did the most logical thing possible.

He stood up from the rubble and escaped.

As for Bepo, he stood nervously and looked around as many building and store owners assembled together in anger, searching for the one that had destroyed the buildings and asking for them to pay up.

Bepo was nervous because of two reasons, first because his captain had been blasted into the building by an unknown person. Two because he had a bad gut feeling about this whole ordeal.

Suddenly a man with lots of dust appeared from behind Bepo, slightly scaring him.

Bepo looked at the man and found him familiar somehow. The man had a black hat, an open pink shirt and lots of dust on him as if he had been buried beneath rubble.

"Pheew look at that, what kind of dummy would cause so much destruction?" Ace asked aloud as he stood beside Bepo, looking innocent as he stared at what Law had done...

"My captain is there." Bepo answered as he pointed at the rubble.

Ace looked at the mink bear wearing an orange jumpsuit, with a smile.

Noticing how this young man was looking at him with a smile, Bepo fell into a depressive mood thinking that the man was disappointed that he was a bear.

"I'm sorry." The bear said in a sad tone.

"I forgive ya!" Ace said with a big fat smile, not knowing what the bear had done wrong.

Bepo lightened up at that, happy that he was forgiven for being a bear.

"You're cool, do you know how to fight? What's your profession?" Ace asked.

"I'm a navigator!" The bear said bashfully.

"Cool!" As was about to continue praising the talking bear, but from the rubble, the one Ace identified as Law came out, looking very angry.

As Law stood in front of all the people, his eyes started looking for the man that had blasted him through all the buildings.

Everyone got silent as they saw law looking mad as he held his sword, and soon his eyes fell on Ace, that stood beside his crewmber.

Ace saw Law's gaze and instantly knew that he was about to attack him, so Ace acted in self defence.

"Everyone, the man that came out of the rubble is the one that owes you for destroying your buildings!" Ace shouted as he pointed at Law.

Hearing Ace's words, everyone got sven angrier and started surrounding Law.

"Heh I'm a fast thinker!" Ace said in a grin as he picked up Bepo and hurriedly escaped.

"Bepo is sorryyyyyy" Bepo shouted as he got kidnapped.

Somewhere else, Bonney, Gaga and Nami stood outside a store and looked at the beautiful dresses they were advertising through the big windows.

"Should I buy the purple one?" Gaga asked as she felt her heart beat for the dress she had found.

"Do it before it's too late!" Nami said.

"Heh too late? What do you mean?" Gaga asked, not understanding Nami.

"Soon, our captain will cause big trouble and we'll have to escape, at that point it will be too late to buy it." Nami explained.

Gaga looked at her sceptically.

"Our captain wouldn't...." Gaga had to stop herself, as she realised that there was definitely merit to Nami's prophecy.

"But he wouldn't cause trouble this fast right? We have barely stepped on land." Gaga changed her argument.

"Let's hurry and buy pizza!" Bonney said with a bored attitude. She looked like she couldn't care any less about dresses.

"I'll hurry and buy this one then!" Gaga said, but before she could step into the building, she halted her steps as all of them heard a big shout nearing them.

All of them turned their sight to the end of street where they found their captain sprinting with a grin while carrying a crying white bear shouting for help.

Behind Ace, another young man with a yellow hoodie and black sleeves was running after him with killing intent as he held his sword in a slashing motion while running after Ace.

But what's worse, a whole street of an angry mob was running after them with forks and torches.

"HEEEEEEEEEEEELP" The bear shouted as they ran past Nami, Gaga and Bonney.

"Tiiiiime to set saaaaail!" Ace shouted happily as he ran passed them.

Gaga look at Nami with dead eyes.

Nami looked at her own hands with dead eyes.

Bonney looked at the pizza shop across the street with dead eyes.

*Sigh*

"Let's go." Nami said before all of them started running after Ace.

I don't know why I'm so funny, maybe it's a curse. I'm rereading parts of my other fanfics and I'm laughing so hard at my own jokes!

Remember the "let's make milk chocolate" joke in marvelous superman? Or the " Ai lee un" asian alien joke? 🤣🤣🤣 I've got so many of them.

But my favourite chapter has to be when the grandpa accidentally joins the wrong team in Naruto: clan of Shinobi 🤣 it was so fun writing that chapter.

And the best part? When everyone just dies laughing in the comments. I feel like you guys at that moment enjoy my sense of humour just as much as I do.

With all that said, I don't think this Fanfic is as hilarious, it's more balanced. But I did enjoy writing this the most. 😅
