“Item!” As Tan distanced himself from the boss, Edward swooped in, rapidly increasing his SP. Edward spent much of his time buying from the markets in different cities in order to prepare the highest-level Item Cards for this battle. To gather such a large number of cards took him several days. As for the amount of money lost, it could be used to build two Silver-grade aircraft.

"Don't lose! We go down the drain if we lose!” he shouted to Tan.

"I don't want to lose! But if luck is not on our side, we probably will!” replied the man on the flying dragon's back.

“Since we met, bad luck has rained on us! Let's just say we have to do something to get through this!"

“I’ll try, Edward!” Tan replied without turning to look. He was looking for a chance when the giant boss moved around to attack again.
