“Nicki, don’t!” Lin stopped her as Cal and Snow were casting dark and water spells to attack Freya who was flying above them.

Nicki paused right away. She completely forgot that without her Metamorphosis, Eize would not get to her final form. At the moment, Nicki knew that this goddess was the last boss before Eize could obtain her true power. Actually, they should have gone elsewhere and unlocked other powers, so Eize hit level 200 before fighting here.

It was way too late to realize that now. The price of defeat was way too hefty. Everyone would lose 20 levels and the whole party would lose a total of 80 cards...

“We won’t survive. Without a tank, we will all die,” Lin said, her face grim. She pulled out an item in the meantime. “This might be our last resort…” the young girl said as she put on the item right away. What she was activating was not an Equip Card. It looked like a fashionable piece of accessories, but as she put that ring on…one skill appeared on her skill list.
